Mass foam installers.
I had my spray foam installed today and I am really happy with the final product.The teams were prompt friendly, efficient and took care to be clean and tidy.
The process was straight forward and they checked with me to see if I had any questions throughout the install. The paperwork was ready when the job completed and the final documents were emailed to me minutes after the job finished,
I would be happy to recommend this company.

We had loft Roof Insulation Installed over 2 days.

From the first contact with Mass Foam Systems to the appointment with Glen, the surveyor, who explained about the product, advantages and work involved. A date for the work to be done was agreed that suited me. As my attic was full of boxes and I am no longer able to get into it. Glen said it could be cleared for me (at a little extra cost) by the team doing the installation. On the appointed day the 2 lads called, they were caught up in traffic and would be a little late, told them not to worry. When they did arrive they were very apologetic, I said no problem, I had heard on the radio the A17 was closed due to a road accident. Both lads were wearing covid masks and they got straight to work, emptied my attic quickly. After clearing the attic they changed into what looked like full forensic type suits and changed their covid masks to filter industrial face masks and got on with the spraying, which did not take them that long. When finished they took photos, tidied and cleaned up, you would of known they had been in the house. The 2 Lads, unfortunately I did not take their names, (sorry Lads) their team work was great, both polite,hard workers and thorough.
All the work was completed in a couple of hours.
They left to go to another appointment !!!.
The extra to have the attic cleared for me was a big relief and very worth it.
The whole experience of dealing with Mass Foam Systems was extremely top class, to have this type of service these days is so good. I would/will recommend Mass Foam Systems without a problem.

Having received a quote for my roof insulation I was then helpfully guided through obtaining a Green Home voucher to pay for the work....
A date was set once the grant had been approved ...confirmed two days before ..then the man arrived on time on the day of job.
Both men greeted us politely then quickly got their equipment set up ....covered all carpets and boxes in the loft and commenced work quickly and efficiently..
The work was completed very quickly both men working hard ...they declined bacon sandwiches and only had a drink once they had completed the work...
I was invited to review the work but was told I couldn't enter the loft space foe two hours or so.
The work looks great and very neat ...the men deserve praise as they did a great job and left everything neat and tidy ....Thank you.. W Dobson

Mass foam carried out work at my parents house to a high standard and were clean and tidy from start to finish. Ray who i believe is a director was also extremely helpful throughout and i would recommend the company to anyone looking for this form of loft insulation.

I wasn't really thinking of having my loft insulated as there seemed sufficient rock wool up there. But after the initial call and looking into the product I decided to use the company. All seems to be working I can't honestly say I'm noticing a difference as the weather is improving anyway. But the service was very good.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Mass Foam Systems for the installation of Icynene Spray Foam Insulation.
- The surveyor explained what I needed to know about the product and the installation process. He'd identified something that I had already picked up on during the winter, which was a high moisture content from condensation in the loft. He explained how the foam insulation would help to prevent that and protect the roof trusses. He felt that the installation was straightforward, and arranged installation only 3 days later. It isn't cheap, but good things rarely are, and having looked into Mass Foam Systems, they have a good overall reputation.
- The fitters slightly arrived just before the time originally booked, and laid dust sheets on the stairs and landing. They were polite and kept me informed about what was going on through the installation.
- The installation itself went smoothly and was quicker than expected. The team left the house clean and tidy after they had finished, although they had to borrow our vacuum cleaner.
-They gave me the opportunity to inspect their work before they left, and straight away I could see the benefit of the brighter environment in the loft area.
I've noticed the sound insulation benefits of the foam over the weekend with reduced outside noise being channelled into the house. Having put all the storage boxes back up into the loft, it is a much more pleasant and environmentally stable storage room.
I am looking forward to the benefits through the (hopefully) hot summer and next winter.

Had my loft insulated today after detailed consultation from a rep. Cleared some of loft and put rest under a tarpaulin in the middle. The 2 installers were very polite, quick and efficient and invited me to inspect the loft on completion. A very painless and hassle free service.

I met Peter on Tuesday Morning and was impressed with their product, so placed a order . The workmen came around on wednesday and completed the insulation within 4 hours,the work was carried out professionally, they showed me photos and I was more than pleased with their standard of work.

Fantastic Service - we had Mass Foam Systems install our loft foam insulation recently and can only say we had a five star experience from start to finish. Very clean and tidy self sufficient workmen which was great in these uncertain times. I can definitely feel the difference in the temperature of the house now the insulation has been put in. I’m a very happy customer!

Had the foam system fitted yesterday.The insallers were so professional and friendly.Had a great experience from the initial phone call to the finished product.
Cannot recommend them too highly.Its great to find this level of service nowdays.

Cannot believe how quick it all went. From a phone call to say they were in the area to salesman Steve coming to give a price to the job being done, 10 days.
Steve was very helpful and answered all my questions, on agreeing the price the job was booked for three days later. In between we had a call from the office to check we were okay and that we were happy with Steve.
The lads doing the job phoned in the morning to say there was a delay gave us a new time, which was fine and arrived as promised. we agreed a route for the pipe that would cause least amount of disruption through the house and the job was complete in a couple of hours. Really pleased with the job even makes the loft brighter. If I want to nit pick they could have put sheets down in the loft to save some of the spray but at the end of the day it is a loft and I am happy with the result. Two nice lads worked very well and cleaned up after themselves and kept checking that I was happy with everything. would recommend

We had arranged for an agent of Mass Foam Systens to call and explain the process of spraying foam substance between the rafters of our loft as a premier insulation. He was amiable and readily answered all our questions. We agreed the price for the work and having paid a deposit we were offered a date for the work to be carried out in four days time.
The two operatives, Tim and Sasha, arrived at 08.30 wearing Covid masks, and at once laid a protective covering from the front door, up the stairs to the bedroom with the access to the loft. A flexible hose was laid from the compressor in their van to the loft, and then they changed into their NASA-like protective suits and set to work in the attic for the next three hours. Only the sound of the compressor, which was not intrusive inside the house, indicated their presence. Three hours later they emerged, having removed their 'space-suits' to announce completion of the work. I was astounded when I looked into the attic: the rafters were revealed but every space between them and along the eaves was filled with a hard substance which reminded me of an off-white egg -box. The usually ice-cold attic was already feeling comfortable.
Once we had declared ourselves totally satisfied, while Tim removed the hose and returned the equipment to the van, Sasha produced a vacuum cleaner and cleaned the carpet from the bedroom to the front door leaving out property spotless.
From the moment they arrived until we waved them goodbye at noon, the couple had been courteous, respectful and friendly. Had it not been for Covid-19 restrictions, we would have offered them lunch.
My wife had spent much time during lockdown last year clearing the attic, which made their work straightforward, yet, even so, I cannot praise this company highly enough, and recommend it without reservation.

The team arrived on time and were very friendly and polite. We were quite anxious but they explained what they were going to do, what we needed to do and gave us the timescale and that helped. The only noise was from the van outside. They put their own floor coverings down and left the house as they had found it. There was absolutely no mess. We were shown before and after photos, told not to enter the loft for two hours . Regarding covid , they both wore masks and explained they were not able to accept drinks etc. At no time did we feel that we were “at risk” of catching the virus. Excellent service on the day, however we didn’t receive the promised courtesy call a day before the work- this would have helped us and relieved our needless anxiety.

Would not recommend this company on the bases of the so called surveyor turn up in work trousers no mask used our toilet twice never even washed his hands and when he realised that we were not going to sign the dotted line he went in the huff used our toilet and peed all over the toilet seat and floor disgusting

The workmen arrived on time and started work straight away.After their preparation the job got going and the roof spraying began.They were polite hard working and thorough.When they finished the area was left tidy.An all round excellent job.

There was a delay in my installation due to an equipment breakdown on on a previous job and a minor mixup on rebooking but otherwise the installation was very efficient. The surveyor and installers were pleasant, knowledgable and informative. No mess was left. After sales service has so far be good. Although it is too early to gauge the effectiveness of this product I have noticed a change to the feel of the house.

We found Mass Foam Systems to be a very professional and customer focused Company.We were given a comprehensive and balanced briefing on the benefits of Icynene and the Implementation Team..Gary and Holly....were outstanding. They were efficient, effective, very pleasant,,,,and very tidy, They were superb ambassadors for the Company which we would have no hesitation in recommending.

Surveyor Duncan Fraser, very polite, friendly and efficient. He explained everything about the system simply and made sure I understood.
The operatives, who arrived on time,(Names forgotten, sorry!) werefriendly,very speedy and made very little mess. They tidied up behind themselves. They made sure I was satisfied with the work they had carried out.
