Service we had was phenomenal - Chap called Tom out of the blue phoned Friday 16:30 I listened interested all questions answered booked Surveyor Monday AM - Michael from Winchester (91 miles away) arrived Tuesday 8:30 Charlie & Karl from Bournemouth (130 miles away) to clear old Rockwall (spoiled over time & moist) and fit under-tiles-membranes 12:30 Mark & Sian (Sprayers arrived from Oxford 60 miles away) by 4pm C&K left then hour later M&S - Really impressive efficient and hard. Now 5 days later already noticed Smart Meter seems to indicate saving £1 per day off usage & house discernably warmer and stable so highly recommended

They gave us helpful advice to make the pathway easier - they answered telephones promptly and were always pleasant.
The contractors that installed the system were the best that we have had in the house. They did their job very competently and were extremely polite.
When the foam was installed under the tiled roof we found immediate benefits. The house was far warmer and we hope to see a lowering of energy bills

I was really impressed by the professional standards and knowledge of their product. They answered all my questions. The whole team were friendly and helpful, prompt and efficient. You would not have known they had been in our house. Customer service was as excellent too.

Team was very friendly and worked really fast and good. After receiving the government voucher, the company contacted us and arranged very quickly to come and do the work so within 10 days after approval of the voucher we were done. Recommend it.

After being cold called I agreed to M F Si insulating my roof under govt. Greenenergy scheme received voucher from govt, then heard nothing from M F S, voucher expired and M F S asked me to get it extended, which I did. Still nothing,

What is the point in cold calling for new business if you can't deliver the work !!

I would not recommend spray foam insulation if you have a loft conversion. The sprayers can’t spray the foam on all of the slopes in the bedrooms. I was asked to remove the old fibreglass insulation ready for them to spray. They can only spray about 1 foot into the slope so therefore I now have about a 6 foot strip in the centre of my roof running from front to back with no insulation at all and about a 1 foot gap all along the bottom edge of my roof where it is impossible to get the foam into. I wasn’t told this at the time of the survey or any correspondence with the office staff. The cost was over £6,500. Not good value for money considering 1/3 of my roof has no insulation now. The quote was for the whole roof not 2/3’s of it. They missed some parts of the roof out and I had to phone up to arrange a second visit to rectify this. Had to sweep bits of foam of the boards before replacing items back into the attic etc. Not a happy person.

Arrived on time, Very polite and efficient, really helpful guys, hard working, tidy and did an excellent job.

We had our roof insulated by Mass Foam Systems. All the team who dealt with us were very professional and responsive. Our questions were answered promptly and the job got completed in a professional and timely manner. I would strongly recommend this company to others who are considering to get their roofs insulated.

Fantastic, Very pleased with the completed House Roof/Loft and also the Garage Roof. What an instant difference in the garage to the sound and temperature. Very tidy and polite work men. Also very helpful going through the on line forms over the phone. Will be 100% recommending to all family and friends that will be seeing the great difference in the garage roof as this is visible for all to see.

I have been waiting 2 1/2 months for the company to contact me with a view to making an appointment to carry out the work. My greener homes grant from the government is due to expire shortly.
Total lack of communication from the office staff despite the surveyor regularly contacting them. Very disappointed

They guys arrived a little early, were fully COVID compliant were very friendly. They covered the carpet to ensure it was protected and got to work. We have a low attic so the conditions are not brilliant but the completed the work to a high standard. Very efficient, competent and friendly. Highly recommended.

James conducted a very helpful survey, answereing all my querries. Adam and Josh did an excellent job of the installation, they were courteous and efficient. Looking forward to seeing the tangible benifits from this roof insulation, they should be good!

My 88 year old Father, was talked into having his loft insulated. I told him to not sign anything or pay anything until I could be there to oversee what he was being sold- but too late- Dad paid £1k deposit and it was booked to be done 2 days later with the remaining 2k to be paid then. I was not at all happy as I felt that my Father was vulnerable and had been taken advantage of- BUT- I called the number on the paperwork and I must say- Thomas Davies the Compliance Manager was very understanding, apologised and arrange for an immediate refund.
Customer service goes a long way with me and this company are right up there. Thank you Thomas, I really appreciate how you handled my Dads case.

The whole process from speaking to Glen the firms representative for a quote and to completing the pitched roof foam treatment was 2 days. The two installers (Adam & Josh) only took approximately two and a half hours to complete the job and were very helpful and every precaution was taken to keep things tidy. Before leaving, they used a Hoover to clear the hallway, as a small coating of dust had come through the open loft hatch. A phone call soon came from Massfoams office to enquire how the job had proceeded and if there were any complaints. An efficient company to deal with and I would recommend Massfoam to anyone.

I have initially chosen Mass Foam Systems after getting a few quotes from various companies. The professional and non pushy way in which my enquiry was dealt with from the very beginning was the deciding factor.
Once my Green Homes Grant application had been approved, I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to book a slot for my pitched roof insulation within a week. Again, everything was dealt with professionally, excellent customer service is clearly important to this company.
I have now had the spray foam insulation installed, a smooth process with minimal disruption and mess. The team of two installers were extremely professional and clearly were working hard in what is a difficult space to navigate.
The whole process of how to redeem the voucher was explained clearly and concisely via a phone call received soon after the job was completed. Small details like this make the customer experience an enjoyable one with any concerns regarding the process easily answered.
Overall, I would highly recommend Mass Foam Systems, a company that have clearly honed a high level of service over a number of years. Well done everyone!

They Installed the roof insulation today, and the loft insulation yesterday.
The outcome was felt pretty well immediately, the house is 20 yrs old, and still like new, however the difference now after just a few days is brilliant, much warmer.
Being a newer house you would not think it would make that much difference, but it has, best thing we have done, and have to say, the two crews that came to do the jobs were excellent is an under statement, prompt, courteous and thorough. As soon as they got here, they immediately put floor protectors down so as not to make a mess, all the old insulation taken away, new 300 mm insulation installed.

Then installed the foam insulation in the roof trusses, and eves etc, perfect and a very tidy job, we chose the company because of the reviews, and so we had the open cell foam installed so the roof can still breath. Perfect.

And can’t recommend enough.
