He also did not “hover” letting us take the time we needed to look at the car and decide if it was for us or not. It was we bought the car with 6 months warranty which for an older car was great. Having had a bad experience with a national car sales company and appalling after sales service I went for "small and friendly" this time. I couldn't have made a better choice. Excellent all round service from initial enquiry, to viewing & test driving the car in Covid-19 conditions and collecting the car.

We visited the Bedfordshire car and caravan centre to have a look around at their selection. We had already looked on line and as stock was selling fast, we decided to visit. The staff were very helpful and we were able to look over a variety of caravan types. We totally fell in love with our choice, and after discussion with both Matthew and Laurence, we put down a deposit to secure our first caravan.
After paying the balance, we have just collected it. On the day everything was explained in detail and we were supplied with a starter pack. All caravans are checked thoroughly before being collected. All our queries and questions were answered and everyone was very nice. Great customer service! We are thrilled with our purchase and feel that our investment is a good one and our caravan is ready for new adventures!

Lovely friendly firm and no pressure from staff. After purchasing my caravan before lockdown dealt with an issue I had very quickly and resolved the problem with no qualms whatsoever even though I was located 300 miles away within a few days.
