We purchased a car from here. We were very very pleased with the car itself but also found the sales team helpful and approachable. I personally hate visiting second hand car dealerships as you often get that uneasy feeling that you are being had over. Not here, felt comfortable and at easy in all our discussions.

It's a little unnerving spending lots of money on a car, and you hear stories of people having bad experiences with private sellers and car dealerships who are just trying to make money out of you.

I couldn't have had a better experience with Matthew from Mastercars. He was really communicative and easy to chat with on the phone about the car. He guided me through the steps I needed to take before purchase and after purchase.

Purchasing was very COVID safe and our Seat Arona was in great condition, inside and out.

All documentation and history presented clearly which is always good.
