We bought 2 cars in April 2022. The first car, a Citroen DS5, was in and out of garages for 4 months and they could not sort the issue, so we put some money towards buying another one, a BMW218i, in July 2022. This car has been in garages for a total of 4 months since we bought it and there are still issues that need sorting out. The second car we bought, a Porsche Panamera, needed a new battery and 4 new tyres. It failed on it's MOT, in less than a year and after doing next to no mileage. The 2 front tyres were the wrong ones for the car and the 2 back tyres were down to the core, critical and the car was not to be driven - the state of the tyres do not go hand in hand with the mileage driven. We have had the most horrendous year with these cars and with the dealership. They gave us 3 courtesy cars in total, throughout the year, whilst ours were in garages and these all had major problems, even down to one already having a slow puncture when they gave it to us, as we ended up having to get the tyre replaced, yet they won't reimburse us for it, as they said it is wear and tear, even though I had notified them that the error had flagged up that the tyres were low. It is not our issue they just took the car off the forecourt and never checked it over before they handed it to us, as they even said that the car had just been serviced, when it hadn't, as that was done in 2020 - there were tyres low, brake fluid critical, coolant level too low (coolant level had to be topped up on every journey). It has been a truly shocking year that we have had to go through and there are still issues that need dealing with on my car, which the dealership don't want to know about. We have never even had an apology about what we have had to go through. It has cost us alot of money, alot of personal time, many weekends ruined and many plans ruined. The RAC checklist they say they go through, you need to do your own due diligence on, as every box is ticked to say there are no issues, when we have found out to our cost, that this is not correct. We would certainly never use this dealership again and we would never recommend.

Paid £25000 for a motorhome with 6 month dealer warranty early May 2022. However, within a month a rattle on engine heard and my own mechanic stated the rattle indicates a fault and engine strip down required to identify the issue. Dealer has washed hands, breaching my consumer rights (they seem to not understand that any fault found within 6 months is considered, by law, to have existed on date of purchase which means the consumer is entitled to a full repair or replacement vehicle), not honouring the warranty, and claimed that a rattle on an engine with only 46000 miles is normal, despite my own mechanic who has years of experiencing stating the rattle is NOT normal - yet they've not even had the van in for inspection. I am now left to take them to court. They are a disgrace. Happy to take money but not happy to comply with consumer regulations. Having checked out their financial position though I found they had very little money in their bank account at their last year end so it appears they don't have working capital to support their business and don't have the means to pay for repairs or refunds that they are legally bound to. No better than dealing with as back street trader. Be careful folks.

Matthew was nothing less than amazing. The whole process was easy and smooth from viewing the car to all the paperwork. I would definetly recommend this garage, Matthew and all the engineers who got the car ready for us within 4 days ( MOT and Service). I will be returning for my next car purchase.

I paid a £500 deposit to view the caravan 4 days until we could get there we traveled up from Cardiff on the Sunday morning easy to find when we got there the gent was waiting for us we went in the yard there was this fantastic caravan serviced washed and ready to go we had a full demonstration of the van the gent showed me how to couple it to the tow van and made sure it was locked on the caravan was fantastic what was in the advert was what we got my wife went to pay all the paperwork was done ready to sign turned around in 1 hour fantastic service smashing caravan made our day thank you so much happy caravan in for us

If you want people you can trust; this is them. They took a personal interest in my story and my needs and helped in every possible way for me to make the right decision for me.
I am now the proud owner of a beautiful micro camper Fiat Doblo, now re-named "Daisy", and we are off on many wonderful adventures, as well as doing the local shuttle to work.

I had an extremely pleasant experience here. There is a wide range of cars to chose from. Josh was very helpful, answered all my questions and gave me time to view the car on my own. I part-exchanged my old car and drove away my new car within 2 hours. Very happy customer! My new car was spotless, recently serviced, comes with a warranty and a full MOT. After a long search and dealing with many other garages (who don't seem to value good customer service or even describing the vehicle correctly) it was a breath of fresh air to visit.
