Fantastic garage to purchase your new, used vehicle from. Josh was professional, knowledgeable and genuine. We were given the time and space to look round without feeling any pressure to buy which was refreshing. We did happen to make a purchase and are currently loving our Discovery. We arranged for Bedfordshire Car & Caravan Centre to sell our 2019 Bailey Vigo for us. We met with Lawrence who agreed with what we wanted & we left the caravan with them. After approximately 6 or 8 weeks we noticed that it was showing as"Reserved" on their website. After several weeks had passed without hearing anything we contacted Lawrence who when questioned agreed our van had been sold. At no time during this process were we informed of how things were progressing or informed it had even been sold! There was always an excuse, "I was on holiday" cropped up 2 or 3 times! I asked Lawrence when we were going to receive to agreed sum, the first deadline came & went with no payment. Later Lawrence informed me it was due to his holiday & a new date was set in a weeks time on a Wednesday. Despite all my requests(about 6 or 8 emails) to be kept informed of the sale progress, NOT ONCE DID I GET A MESSAGE, TEXT OR EMAIL! We were on holiday in Spain & I had requested a copy of the transfer of funds. This was ignored! I requested this 3 times but nothing happened. Eventually on or near 29th of October we sent the copy of payment as requested on numerous occasions.
We have no complaints on the sale of our Caravan. Where this company let us down was the total unprofessional way the sale was handled. There were NO INFORMATION OR PROGRESS REPORTS ON THE SALE. ALL MY REQUESTS WERE IGNORED WITH AN EXCUSE THAT THE LACK OF CONTACT WAS DUE TO LAWRENCE BEING ON HOLIDAY! it is sad that the sale went through OK but was let down by the complete lack of feedback & replies from what is essentially a disfunnctional company who ignore all the protocols of a professional company. During the sale anything could have happened & I would not have been aware or able to react. Due to my experience I could not recommend this company due to their cavalier attitude to selling customers property

Excellent, professional service. Efficient right from the beginning when we saw the vehicle advertised and started a Live Chat. We had a prompt reply and was obviously ‘talking’ with a real person (rather than a computer!). We arranged to see the vehicle the following morning. The salesman, Josh, was polite, professional and thorough - from the first viewing through to the exchange and completion of sale.
