We had a terrible experience with this company. The owner was rude, manipulative and immature. Promised the world and didn’t deliver. He was so arrogant. The work was shoddy. Had to be redone. Still waiting for things to be fixed three years later. Honestly, so bad. Do not use this company. He is excellent with excuses though!!!
Master Pool Builders Sydney Pty Ltd trading as Master pool builders owned and operated by Shane Broughton is very dodgy i do not recommend you use him he took a deposit from us for 15k and failed to do anything 8 months later we are still in the same position, we have taken him to NCAT and have a finding against him
