Felt comfortable from walking in and being greeted to the treatment. Nurse Sarah is phenomenal at what she does, the girls learning made me feel comfortable and relaxed through the whole process. They did a great job explained everything. Would recommend to everyone! Feel very happy with the service

Glasgow Mata, excellent as usual. So professional, caring and skilled at what they do. The delegates are always amazing and the staff front of house Hemshree and the teacher Sarah are brilliant. I trust Sarah implicitly. Would highly recommend for Botox or fillers. Thank you.

I was made to feel relaxed and welcome as soon as I arrived, which was great as I was quite nervous, now I don't know why now, I received botox which was painless.

On Sunday, February 25th I attended my appointment in Leeds to serve as a model for chin filler. The nurse trainer, Amy, was fantastic! Amy asked me what I wanted to achieve because I had never had chin filler before, and she also answered all of my questions about other areas I wanted to have filler for. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The four trainees were excellent in explaining to me all of the aftercare. I'd been a model somewhere else before, and Amy's professionalism didn't compare. I'm excited to see Amy again next month for further treatments! I heartily endorse MATA, especially with Amy 😊

I attended at the weekend as a botox model in Leeds. I had never had botox before so was unsure of what to expect. Amy (nurse practitioner) was warm and welcoming and totally put me at ease (she's amazing and knows her stuff) . The two trainees were just as professional and really reassured me that it was painless and it really was. I am beyond pleased and had a really positive experience. the clinic had a really pleasant calm ambience and was spotlessly clean as one would expect. I doubt you will find better, I felt very safe and in very good hands.

Excellent experience. Hemshree at reception is very welcoming. The students explained what they were doing. Sarah the trainer is exeptional and very knowledgeable and explained everything to the students. Iwould definitely recommend Mata. 🙂

Enrolled on the level 7 diploma, a few administrative problems at the beginning with booking dates for my practical courses, but once I voiced my concerns and distress around the issue, Klaudija has been very helpful and fixed the problem within a couple of phonecalls. The trainers are exceptional. The variety of backgrounds from nurse practitioners to dermatologists to plastic surgeons gives a huge bank of experience to learn from. To mention a few, Amy Heidi and Rebecca are so down to earth and relatable. They have great many years of experience in the industry and teach not just the clinical aspect but the business side of the industry. Dr. Ibrahim, Dr. Razan and Dr. Dujan have exceptional clinical skills and teach with great depth and clinical relevance. I have yet to submit my coursework but hope its a straightforward process. Thank you

Heidi was absolutely amazing!!! I was quite nervous coming into the training as I didn’t know what to expect but she instantly put the whole group at ease. Not only was she patient and reassuring but we also had a blast! Could not recommend enough

I enrolled to Mata Aesthetics Level 7. Klaudija was the ONLY ONE who was always updating me about courses, dates, locations, etc. Always prompt, proactive, profesional nice and kind.

She really helped me a lot! Klaudija brought me closer to one of my goals.

Unfortunately I have not had a positive experience with MATA overall since completing my training. The actual training was very positive although the process afterwards was not, such as trying to get my work marked, hear back from anyone, get any response, receive certificates etc.

I eventually managed to speak to Claudia from MATA who was extremely helpful. She did exactly what she said she was going to do and got back to me as soon as possible after speaking to OTHM.

With her input, I managed to gain access to my level 7 certificate after many months of not having access to this.

MATA overall needs to improve things but can thankfully say that Claudia has done a great job!

This is really real deal I am so amazed with the technique of teaching and simplify information deliver amazing understanding and very helping. I was a struggling to understand some point but the team helped me a lot to understand everything. I’m really pleased with my experience and I’ll continue my course.

I recently enrolled on the Level 7 facial aesthetics diploma with the help of Dylan in sales who has been incredibly helpful All course material has been provided online which is well structured. I attended the first practical training days foundation course with Heidi and she is an amazing trainer in terms of imparting her knowledge and has greatly improved my confidence. She is always prompt to respond to any questions and so far I am pleased to have embarked on my journey with Mata

Amy Ellison, clinical trainer is an knowledgeable, passionate excellent teacher.

Her commitment in teaching, emphasis on patient safety and ethical practice is commendable

Amy strength is the trust she had in the trainees. She assessed our strengths within first few hours of practical sessions and encouraged us in honing hands on skills. This is a special gift a teacher can possess and Amy is endowed with this special gift.
