Excellent product & customer service
The replies were very quick and I received a rug exactly to my customisation. Unfortunately they was a misprint, however the company dealt with this extremely well and quickly offered a replacement free of charge no questions asked. Would thoroughly recommend

Great quality and professional service
Great response times to my requests and changes, really liked the note stressing the price breaks as I bought a standard sized mat (only 10cm difference but saved a lot). The mat itself is high quality and looks perfect.
