We are really sorry to hear that you are so disappointed with the mat, however, looking on our system, I cant see any contact from yourself regarding the complaint, therefore, we have been unable to rectify this for you.
We pride ourself on genuine, quality products and excellent customer service, so we will of course be replacing the mat immediately, free of charge.
I have just emailed you directly to get the replacement order set up, however, I just want to clarify the floor type that the mat is to be placed on, and to check that the correct backing was selected at checkout. If the incorrect backing was ordered this could potentially be causing the mat movement and problem you are experiencing.

Great upgrade…
These mats have been a great upgrade for our business. They look sharp with our logo and give a professional vibe right at the entrance. First impressions stick so nuances like branded mats at doors have an impact. These ones are also way more practical than shop-bought ones, holding up well against dirt, salt and grit, while providing decent traction and they don’t tend to slip.
