I really enjoyed the Master Barista training with Ramona. It was clear, well-organized, and full of valuable coffee knowledge. Ramon explained everything with passion and made even complex topics easy to understand. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn more about coffee and the barista profession!

The way you broke down each step—from making the espresso to pouring the milk—made it much easier to understand. I especially appreciated how patient and encouraging you were during the process.

Claire - an excellent guide through how to make coffee, really enjoyed the experience and I feel it was detailed to such an extent that as someone who has never made coffee before, I actually feel confident. So excited to make coffees next week and super grateful for the opportunity and teaching provided, Claire is lovely, so kind and bubbly, I didn’t feel stressed or find myself overthinking which is so important to me!
