I finally recieved my Mattress a week late and after several phone calls where I had to wait in a que for about five minutes each time to speak to anyone.
The packaging was wet and it looked like the mattress had been kicking around lost somewhere for the week, but when opened it was dry and clean.

The mattress we eventually received from this company was excellent no complaints but the customer service was shocking. It failed to arrive on three seperate occasions and we were just left hanging on the phone when we tried to contact them.

Ordered a Silentnight Onyx Mattress but received a Silentnight Silver Label. Mattress24 claim this is the same model - the Silentnight website suggests they are not - having pointed this and asked them to look into this again Mattress 24 then refuse to answer emails (5 to date). Not surprisingly the Silver Label can be ordered elsewhere for less. Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole in future

Ordered our mattress and the service was 2nd to none. They kept us informed at all stages and was delivered exactly when we needed it. Absolutely will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. The mattress is fabulous and would have cost us almost £300 anywhere else. Well done guys, and thank you so much for a trouble free transaction.

Mattress not delivered on day specified and could not contact company in any way as they did not answer phone calls or emails. Still waiting for reply and mattress. All it needed if there was a problem was an email or phone call to say delivery would not take place as planned. Stayed in all day on a holiday day booked especially. they claim money if customer not in to take delivery - what about them paying customer money if item not delivered. Oh No!

I waited in as instructed from 7am til 6pm. The information from mattress 24 asks you not to ring customer services until after 6pm if the mattress does not arrive within this time. I rang just after 6 to be informed by their answer phone message that their customer services close at 5!!!!!!!!! I e mailed the company asking them to cancel the order. They rang saying they would deliver before 8.30am the following day, and the delivery did not happen the day before as they ran out of tome. They had my phone number but did not notify me of this on the delivery day. You have to wait in for 13 hours though as they state they will charge you £30 if you are not in - they do not offer you the £30 if they break the contract agreement. When the mattess arrived at 8am the following day there was one man delivering a double mattress so was not able to deliver to the room. Surely this must contravene health and safety as well as being inconvenient for me. The man that delivered the mattress also said that he was 2 minutes away from my address at 2pm on the delivery day but the office told him to cancel my mattress and deliver the others. They didn't notify me of this which could have saved me 4 hours of waiting in for something that would not be arriving.
I read the reviews and thought "They can't be that bad, I'll give them a try" but they ARE that bad and I will not be buying from them again!!!

Order away - in my experience any potential customer is in very safe hands - It's lovely to deal with a Reputable company who do what they say - when they say!!

If more companies were like you - then Britain would be a much better place

Needed a mattress for this Friday when my special needs daughter is coming to stay. Carefully selected one on Wednesday night which was prominently promoted as available for next day delivery. Ordered mattress for delivery today and moved meetings into next week in order to be at home for delivery. Received an email at the end of yesterday (too late to order from another 24 hour delivery service) to say they had tried to call me by phone (no missed calls or voicemails shown) and that mattress wouldn't be available until Saturday. Nice but unhelpful girl on customer service just wanted to know if I still wanted the order but unable or unwilling to find an alternative solution that can work for today.

It really is not hard to link stock levels to what the sales area of a site, this is just a sell first, screw the customer approach to business....roll on the ASA advertising regulations in March, it will force companies like this to clean up their act.

Having phoned to check that the mattress was in stock before ordering from their Web Site I was told yes and that it was available for next day delivery.The next day I received a phone call to say sorry this mattress was not in stock but would be delivered the day after. (Wed) Received a phone call Wed, sorry it will be Sat. I tried phoning customer services Thur to check and waited 19 minutes for an operator. Sat no mattress. It took me 40 Minutes to speak to someone. Funny, when you phone sales you get to speak to someone right away. Finally received the mattress 1 week later. It's a good mattress though.

Reading a review lower than mine I have to say some people have no patience! Yes my mattress was a day late because of the snow but mattress24 did what they could to keep me informed and it once I received it (I ordered a Premier Pocket 1000) I have to say it is fantastic! Now I am off to order myself a new book and I can snuggle to read with my new mattress in bed this winter!

THE MATTRESS ARRIVED NEXT DAY. AND I HAVE HAD THE BEST NIGHTS SLEEP FOR YEARS.

I ordered my Living Tech 700 Mattress and as advertised it arrived the following day around lunch-time. The mattress looks very thin when it arrives but this is just because it has been tightly wrapped to reduce its size for storage/transport. After unwrapping for about 8 hrs the mattress had increased in thickness and now after 12 hrs it is 7cm thick. I did read a review that mentioned that theirs did not return to its normal size so felt that I should point out that mine did.

After the first nights sleep I'm quite looking forward to bed-time again already, we certainly enjoyed one of the best nights sleep we have had for a while.

I ordered my mattress on Tuesday for a Saturday delivery between 7am and 6pm. It arrives at 8.45am. Brilliant service and price excellent. Most comfortable mattress I have slept on. Would recomend both the Living Tech 700 Mattress and Mattress24.

The title says it all! I bought a Fat Boy Latex last week after being promised by the sales lad that it was perfect for my somewhat hectic lifestyle! I have been sleeping on it having had it delivered the next day for five nights and it is by far the best mattress I have slept on.

Brilliant advice from a company that does what it promises!

Ordered from this company on the advertised promise of next day delivery. Having waited in between 7.a.m. and 6.30 p.m. it did not arrive. The following day it was impossible to get hold of "customer services" - I finally managed a contact via "Sales." After threatening to cancel the order a £30 discount was offered to retain the business. When it did arrive four days later -albeit a good mattress in good condition - a surly single delivery man required me,despite being an invalid, to help him in with it. The firm then refused to honour the £30 discount. Their argument? I had been out on the day of delivery, the delivery firm could not find the house, had phoned and then miraculously had put a note through my door. After protests they agreed to reinstate the discount. Needless to say they have not paid it! Avoid this conniving and duplicitous firm!

I found the sale staff to be really helpful and not pushy at all which is unheard of in this day age! I chose a Fatboy mattress on the promise of it being the best thing since sliced bread for people with an active lifestyle and I have slept like a baby since!

Can I compliment Mattress24 on their customer service. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size of mattress protector to fit the double mattress I had purchased. Their customer service people handled the problem in an excellent manner providing not only the correct replacement but waived the charge for the difference in price and dispatched the replacement the same day.

I run a B&B, a holiday cottage and 2 furnished rental properties a total of 14 beds and the next time I want a new mattress I will be contacting Matress24.

Thanks again for the excellent service.
