I ordered at £200 mattress (memory foam and sprung mattress) from Mattress24.co.uk. When the mattress arrived it was rolled up and looked very thin, not as expected.
Of course to fully inspect the mattress we had to unroll it and was horrified to find that it was of very poor quality. It was thinner than dscribed on the website, and any pressure applied to the sides just pushed it flat.
I contacted Mattress24 and they said to give the mattress time to fully rise to it natural shape. We did, it didnt. It was thin, flimsy and was made of very basic materials, esp for £200. We could unzip and look at the basic springs, woven material and thin layer of memory foam.
We tried to argue that we were not happy with this mattress but the company would not have any of it. This was because we had unrolled it. However, in my arguement, we had to unroll it to fully inspect the product.
Dont buy off line. Go and inspect a mattress for yourselves in a store.

My new mattress was delivered on time. It was well packed and the driver waited until I was satisfied that it was as ordered and in perfect condition, which it was . It is very good value for money and above all, is lovely and comfortable. I would highly recommend Mattress.24.couk

Ordered on Saturday and delivered on the following Tuesday within the time parameters advised.
Product exactly as ordered and brand new, clean and well packaged.
Good price, good service, good product - I can only assume the negative reviews are WUMS from a competitor - I would recommend this lot to anybody !!

I have to admit I was a bit concerned purchasing from Mattress24 after reading the bad reviews below, however I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I ordered the mattress at 11.18am and it was delivered at 9.20 the following morning. It arrived spotless and appears to be new (the label on the packaging said it was manufactured 9 days ago)

Im very happy with the mattress, I would use them again.

I was disgusted to find out the the delivery person stood and watched my girlfriend struggle to move the mattress out of the door way to a position about a yard inside the door and even made the comment "I'd love to be a fly on the wall when you try and get this up the stairs" No doubt there's some policy that means the delivery people are not supposed to enter peoples homes, however this seems a little bit "jobs worth".
The Mattress was advertised as having two free pillows that have not arrived.
I'm still waiting for a response from Mattress 24 on the complaint I made.

i can't believe these other reviews. I have bought 2 mattresses for my own house and 3 for rental flats from mattress24. every time PERFECT! good mattresses, good prices, good advice and delivered on the right day. I recommend that you use them.
