Thetford branch - James left us to look around, then we asked a question. James then spent a lot of time with us very knowledgeable and passionate about beds. We visited other bed shops who couldn't match the service we had received so far, we returned to buy and Jevan was very helpful. Definitely a 5* experience from start to finish. It was a complete revelation to be able to phone & within seconds be speaking to a human who was so helpful & a pleasure to talk to - no ridiculous AI to try to get past.
Delivery on time but so was a deluge of rain !! No problem for Karl & Lewis - 2 mattresses brought in, installed & old ones swiftly removed. 100% would recommend the Company & these delivery guys

Excellent experience with no hard sell
The saleswomen was extremely helpful and understood exactly what we were looking for and gave us space to look and try everything. While we were making the purchase the sales women made sure everything was explained including the 60 night exchange.
Delivery was efficient and we were kept informed of timing of the delivery.
