BAD SERVICE.

BAD SERVICE.

I find some lenses I want and immediately write them to make sure if they still have them since I live 1 hour away, they confirm that they have 2 lenses and I say "ok, I wanna buy them - can I reserve them" and he replies "Det kan vi fixe" meaning 'yes' in other words... I then ask when I can pick them up and forgot Wednesday were closed which he told me

I then said 'today Wednesday' and didn't hear back...

then I write them again with "hallo and my questions" which ends with a reply that both lenses are sold.

So basically they aren't keeping their words, so don't expect them to do so even if they say something else.

This is the last time I have done business with them - even though I have used them a lot in the past.
