Horrible management nobody has no clue…
Horrible management nobody has no clue what goes on or what machines are actually running been there for one month and actually worked maybe 75 hours because machines stay down. I drive 40 minutes just to get told no work go home. Thank god I planned ahead and got an actual real job with real management. Would not recommend this to people who have to pay bills. This is a job for young adults who still live with their parents

Horrible company
Your company is the absolute worst I have ever worked for. I was told that my shift was a certain time to a certain time and when I got to my first day it was not what I was told at all, it was actually off by 2 hours. I would never recommend anyone work for this company honestly

I started working for John Deere…
I started working for John Deere through MAU. I did not like the fact that I was lied to about my schedule, but I noticed that everyone was. John Deere can be a better job if the employees had more time off. Not having time off can put much stress on your body. I worked night shift and if we were short many people, we still had to work our stations plus stations that you were not trained on. When it comes to the schedule during job offering/orientation, it is best to be honest about the schedule instead of lying to get people in the door. Overall, I met some amazing people whom I still keep in contact with that I had a pleasure working with.

MAU is Unprofessional
I was called in for an interview, drug tested & given 5 shirts & did not get a position until 2 months later after I called them to check on my hiring status. I agreed to 2nd shift at Textron & was ignoring when I had questions about my position so I did not take the job because I felt that MAU is unprofessional. New hires should have the right to ask questions without being ignored.
