Fast easy and simple process, was literally hired on 20 minutes of arriving. Keep up the good work

Politics and posturing take precedence over recognition of individual work ethic and results. Too few associates are carrying the ramped up production pace and work load from both MAU and BMW. It's a shame that neither our section leader nor process supporters can do our jobs but , are the first ones to throw their knowledge of the process sheets and point out perceived performance issues.
It's discouraging to watch some hard working MAU associates performing tasks for years or even decades only to have BMW find they are unfit to be hired on ... performing the same tasks. Morale is low and too many good associates are leaving for better paying employers.

The textron time clock doesn't work kept saying rejected which caused my paycheck to be short. The workers that are Textron Augusta barely wear their masks if at all, only covers the chin area and they text or FaceTime majority of day none of textron likes to train mau ppl Because they feel they don't get extra to train. Textron feel as if the supervisors should train the mau employees because they get paid enough instead of walking around. Textron discuss with mau new hires the feelings of when mau ppl coming in for training makes them do extra unpaid work because they have to show you what to do for 3days. Makes you feel rushed, not valuable and often bored you don't like to ask questions you don't want to bother anyone. Feel very sick inside the hot atmosphere germs being multiplied and ppl don't wear masks above nose and mouth because they feel you can get virus with or without the vaccine mindset and I wasn't able to work comfortably at all being there. Not mau issue more like Textron issue and the employees were saying that Textron wanted to get rid of mau due to ppl quitting well I understand why who wants to work in that environment of entitled employees who don't take covid seriously and make mau employees feel like a bother.

MAU did a great job fitting me into a work force suitable for me.

Poor ass company I was told I was getting a job. Left the job I was at then I was told I wasn’t getting the job. Then when I got a job with y’all the pay was not what I was told. Temp services is what wrong with this world today.

You were not honest and upfront about the amount of overtime I would be required to work.

As long as the big guys are happy that’s ALL that matters to this company. They do NOT care about how the regular employees feel and tell us DAILY at our meets with the same inappropriate words that the promote told me NOT to use while making this statement.

Hiring process was quick and easy. Setting up direct deposit was not as easy I would recommend allowing hires to fill out a standard direct deposit form instead of having to show proof by printing out confirmation from the bank.

Very good and work oriented work force I ever come across in my life . I appreciate every action of the staff members for my process of hiring at Textron.

It’s really a good job the pay is good. But the only way that MAU will keep good workers like myself. Is to place them other good workers. It’s not the work that is hard it’s working with grownups that act like kids. It’s the fussing and even the breaking up of fights the throwing screws . An it does not make things better when some of the team leaders act the same way. An when I say team leaders I don’t mean-the MAU team leaders. I really needed my job but the best thing for me to do was to quite. Cause I seen things were not going to get any better. I would like to continue a career with MAU but not at that site. Thank you again for the opportunity to do a job that I have never done before.

Some more of the jobs where you are placed is terrible. Management and all the way to the workplace itself is subpar. Textron and John Deere

Process was easy and efficient. Job placement was appropriate

Ms. Alexis went above and beyond for us. She would make her rounds in the plant to check on MAU employees, answer any questions she could and if she couldn't, she would find or or point you in the right direction. MAU and Ms. Alexis really care about their employees. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose MAU hands down.

I loved working for mau that is a great company

Nonchalant not informative never got any openings and take forever to call or hire

Good afternoon, I've had prior experience with MAU Workforce in Greenville, SC & I successfully was hired by BMW manufacturing permanently after 1 1/2 yrs, when it usually took 5 yrs!! The MAU in Augusta, during covid-19 was still a very easy hiring process. Onsite MAU for John Deere...I have a very distasteful satisfaction. After 3 months, I put in for time off, my first try failed due to me asking for longer than a week. I was given another form to fill & I did so for one week. She approves & tells me to turn this into my supervisor. My zone lead wasn't around, so I give it to my boss ahead of him, he gives me the ok. One week later, I arrived to work that next Sunday ready to work to be turned around and told I'll be receiving a phone call. I live legitimately 45 minute away! I receive a call the next day from the site manager say to this affect; Well you were approved by Jonh Deere but not MAU. To finish the rest of this story, please reach out for the rest.
