MAU was great. Very quick and worked diligently towards getting me employed. I left, because of their client.

This is a great place to, grow your skills. Everyone is helpful and require every associate to be successful.

It took a while for me to get an orientation date scheduled because there, apparently, wasn't a need for me during my availability. I knew there was a desperate need from others who were already working in the plant and having to deal with mandatory overtime. Then, because I am part time, there was no onboarding or figuring out what areas I could or could not work in based on my physical abilities and past injuries. Full time associates had a week to get used to the equipment and find out what their strengths and weaknesses were before being assigned a location within the plant.

I applied for a part time position morning shift. Went in to the clinic for screening. Filled out paperwork. Received a call from the staffing supervisor a week later offering a different shift, and different position because the shift I applied for was not available. At the time I was homeschooling my kids in the afternoon, so I couldn’t accept.
I was told she’d call back once the position and shift I wanted became available.
About two months went by and no call, so I walked in to the MAU office to see what was available, they said they’d give me a call. Later that day I got a call, by the staffing supervisor from before asked if I wanted part time or full time, I said I wanted to know what’s available in both, she said I had to choose one or the other. So I asked about part time, and she said nothing was available. So I went with full time thinking part time wasn’t available.
Later that week in orientation I found out they indeed had part time positions available, and the exact position and shift I wanted.
So my issue was that I went through the hiring process for a position that wasn’t available (or so I was told), then I waited a very long time for that position to become available hopping to receive a call, then being told no part time is available, only to find out many part time positions had been available. Not a great hiring experience.

It was a great experience, the hiring process was smooth and quick, I was in need for a quick job, MAU gave the opportunity to find a job and every thing was clear and transparent no hidden bumps or anything, I would highly recommend MAU for anybody wants to get a job.

The experience was great I got in asked for an good 1st shift job waited maybe 2-3 weeks got the call and started my job and I love it so it was an great experience

I was very happy that everything with training and the hiring process was very streamlined and expectations were set well. There was fantastic communication and good structure that made everything a very enjoyable experience.

Great company for employment placement. I originally applied for an already great opportunity. The recruiter took a look at my resume and said, "sit tight for a sec!" He came back with a better opportunity, better pay rate (weekly pay) and a greater (1st) shift schedule... AND I started the following Tuesday!! 💪🏾#MAUPelhamRd.

Great team to work for

I went to MAU looking for a job opportunity to pay the bills and meet my budget. I was offered a position at BMW. A week into orientation, I got Covid, stressed about my job security, attendance points I may occurr and getting better. The HR rep calmed me down and eased all of my stresses. MAU is NOT a temp agency. I was sick for an entire week and was called 2 times, not to get harrassed about returning to work but to see how I was feeling and for them to make sure if I needed anything to reach out. Though I am only a couple weeks into employment with MAU, I am so pleased. The orientation can be streamlined to be more productive, but I am confident with my position with MAU.

I love my new job and am thrilled with the opportunity. The only issue I have is the ad said direct hire so I assumed MAU was simply handling hiring for the company at current, which I know is sometimes done with a temp agency but I was brought on as a temp. However I am glad to be where I am and the pay is apparently the same hired, so it isn’t a major issue for me at this time and believe I will be hired swiftly regardless. I do recommend MAU if you need a well paying job ASAP, this is my second time with the company and my only complaint is the hire-on process with some of their clients.

They take care of their employees and make sure that they Update everyone for the application to transfer to different department.

Everything was good. Received help setting up 401K.

When it comes to getting people on a job and putting them to work Mau is a great place to find a job.My personal experience was great ,I was looking for a better job and someone suggested Mau and a week later after putting in a application I was offered a job.

MAU is amazing to work with! They truly care about your well being and how you are doing. They check on you regularly to make sure you have all your questions answered and if they can do anything for you. What a wonderful caring experience!
