I just think I had a questionable representative. Her communication wasn't the best as a liaison between myself and the client. I had to constantly call for updates and she never answered. I had to leave a message and still didn't get a callback so that resulted in me calling multiple times. I just think I would've had a better experience with a different represenatative. My rep's name was Alex.

Everyone was helpful during the entire process

Jasmine Was great. She returned all phone calls and kept me in the know once the job i was interested in was available. Every one at the pelham branch was knowledgeable and helpful and i love my new job.

Wonderful, staff, placement, follow ups

I have worked part time production with MAU for the past six months. I have enjoyed the time, and the money, and wanted to go full time. When I transferred to full time, MAU failed me. They put me through onboarding, which all new associates go through, but since I had been working for six months already, I thought it was strange to be taught everything I already knew. When I was able to return to the production line I was able to talk to the MAU rep for the first time in six months of employment. I had a few questions, primarily why my badge number had changed. He told me that even though I had been with the company for six months the time I had worked with them doesn’t count, and in all systems I’m a completely new employee. This meant that I would not be receiving my bonus any more, I no longer have any type of time off which I had not yet used, and I would no longer have any contingency points, which help incase you have an emergency. I’m frustrated because I am having a baby in a few months and I was expecting to have these benefits by my side. Non the less, this is the best job I can get at the moment... I just wish MAU really cared about their employees instead of viewing them as just another number.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could I was treated poorly at the Prisma warehouse and was terminated without warning. The manager Jose should be fired

I like how you guys give opportunities to people you guys have interviews that people didn’t even have to do online and I think that’s amazing you guys give everybody a chance who needs it and I think that’s great

Could give an opportunity to let employees choose out of a few different jobs on-site based on skill level and experience on what is available. Give more information on what to expect at BMW. Also allow to give previous employer a 2 week notice before giving a hire date. May does gives you a great opportunity and was an easy process.

I have had a positive experience with MAU.

Sometime is good to listen to your employee about valid concerns and not sweep it under the carpet and say next because having such a big turn over on employee say a lot about your staffing management. The professional ethics go a long way along with the respect all employees are not wrong and by MAU not following thru on some of the most simplistic concerns because some Administrators does not care it gives you a bad reputation not that everyone is alike but at the end what’s important is Team Work and work Ethics to become a stable environment and to be successful and shine above everyone else to show humanity and care for families in need of work.

Worse job experience of my life.
They are super nice right up until your hired and then the rudeness and dismissive attitude starts from everyone from the receptionists on up. If you ask for basic information that they didn't cover in orientation they threaten to fire you on the spot. Get annoyed, threaten to fire you. Look at someone wrong, threaten to fire you. Take a sick day.. They let your job fire you. You're not an employee here you're an undervalued interchangeable piece of machinery.

Let go with out cause....Had a job but now I don't....call my recruiter she never called back

They have rules but only apply to certain people. If you are a good worker they don’t like you, they prefer the sorry ones that lay out of work 2 and 3 days a week

I think everything has gone well. I haven’t had any problems so far. The one time I did reach out to payroll on a general question I did get a prompt response. MAU reps at BMW are really personable and kind. I’m very glad and thankful to be at BMW to achieve new career goals and a new career path.

Hello..my name is Yorlondo..my MAU representative was great she helped me with a situation I was having at a job site. She listened to what the things I said to her and she moved very quickly to help me resolve my issues. I've worked for other staffing companies but none of them were helpful and didn't take the time to care about your problems. Thank you MAU...(Melanie)

I loved the short time I was with MAU. Recently my father in-law passed away and I have to leave MAU to go back home for a while. And my MAU rep, Woody at BMW, called me personally and walked me through how I can go about leaving on a short notice and still be able to return when I come back. I am so thankful for that call he helped me go through such a stressful moment worrying about how I am going to leave on a good stand point seeing I loved working at BMW. I would love to come back and work with such a great company!!
