Love Maui Jims glasses. My husband had cracked his lens on one of his limited edition glasses, I bought him a new pair it fell off his head at work and cracked the frame and lens. I found out the Maui Jims repairs both lenses and frames and the price to fix is great. Sent both in 2 days later got both back. Just like brand new. Love love maui Jims..

I've had several Maui Jim glasses because I keep losing them. But each time when I've had a problem with the lens, or something's happened they have been brilliant at repairing them - really speedy and courteous service, with great after sales care and support.

I have 3 pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses and I take very good care of my gray, they stay in the car. All three pairs have cracks in the lenses. I will not buy them anymore.

Unbelievable customer service. I jammed them into my suitcase and Maui Jim repaired them just for cost of shipping even though i said it was my fault! Love tgem!

I fell in love with a pair of Maui Jim's in Hawaii. The store only had a display model left, so I reluctantly purchased because I wanted them so badly. I had them for three weeks and then accidentally dropped them from my waist to the ground, breaking one of the lens. I have had a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses for over 5 years that have had some definite bumps and have dropped more distance than this, but have never broken! I sent in for repair, hoping warranty would cover. But they charged me $100 to fix them. Not sure if having the display model made them more vulnerable, but I have never been more disappointed and will never buy again. Companies need to stand by their products, and in my opinion $400 glasses should be somewhat resilient! Once again, I only owned for three weeks at the time of accident, and am definitely not a careless person. It was just unfortunate.

Great customer Service. I had stood on my glasses & broke the TEMPLE off one side. They sorted it & were very helpful.

Maui Jim not only makes the best sunglasses out there, but they have the best customer service ever. Maui Jim replaced my glasses when I took a fall on my face, the glasses cracked but they saved my eyes. And they replaced them on warranty!! Then just recently, my glasses were so scratched that I had to replace the lenses. Maui replaced them on warranty AGAIN. THEY ARE THE BEST.

Very disappointed in Maui Jim warranty. I bought my son a new pair of sunglasses for a family vacation to Mexico. While there, the right lens melted. I sent them in for a repair thinking the glasses were under warranty because they were clearly defective. Before the glasses were sent away, Maui Jim required a CC in case the repair wasn’t warrantied. Well what do you know… how convenient, they charged me the full lens repair price. I will never buy Maui Jim again….these glasses were clearly defective! This experience is truly unfortunate because my husband and I own at least 5 pair of Maui Jim glasses between the both of us. There is no loyalty or customer satisfaction anymore!

I bought a pair of Maui gym sunglasses and they sent me some that had some junk plastic lenses in them they’re called demo lenses, even though they have Maui written on them their junk. I can’t believe they sell me something like that. They’re not even polarized.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from MJ UK (the Guildford branch). My sunglass lenses got scratched, so I sent them back for refurbishment. They put in new lenses and I think other parts and returned them a week later with a free case and no charge other then postage. Communication was excellent, they informed me when they arrived and also when they posted them back. I'm a very happy customer. Thanks MJ

Maui Jim repaired and returned my sunglasses in record time so that I could take them on holiday, they kept me informed throughout and were very professional...excellent customer service for which I am very grateful

I have 4 pairs of Maui Jims. The lenses are exceptional and they look amazing. Smaller than Ray Bans and fit perfectly.
I have three pairs which are amazing, however my latest and most expensive purchase, ‘The Bird’ in gold, are a disaster.
They are a bold pair, good for a vacation when wearing a gold watch, not the thing for daily.
I’ve been to Barbados twice and worn them frequently at lunch and sundowners, not on the beach, since I’ve owned them. They are now falling apart. The lenses fall out constantly- the frame after around 3 weeks limited wear in 12 months are peeling and flaking.
Terrible quality- dreadful.
I’ve returned them without expecting anything- feel that strongly.
They have today sent a pair of the cheapest grey rails to placate me.

You’ve just lost a loyal customer. Stupidity.
I no longer recommend them- quality has fallen.

support sucks. Have to send and pay for shipping and processing fees to replace a temple. Will never buy this brand again.

Great glassses but the quality is not there anymore. I have 3 pairs . The rimless have cheap quality lens. If you drop them they get deep scratches. It only takes once to ruin them. I droped 1 pair from less than 2 feet and they got multiple nicks in them
Just not worth the money anymore

I needed to update my prescription lenses in my Black Coral sunglasses. Glasses were sent out. MJ claimed that there is frame damage and they can't replace the lenses. I was not aware of any damage but they offered to replace frames at half price and I accepted. MJ says they will not return the "damaged" frames. I find this a to be a very suspicious practice.
