Because our tours depart every 30 minutes, we do follow a carefully coordinated schedule to ensure all guests are able to fly at their reserved time. While this means our pre-flight process is efficient, our goal is never to make our guests feel rushed.
We do take a complimentary pre-flight photo of every group with our camera, which is available for purchase after the tour, and our staff is always happy to help take additional photos with guests' personal phones whenever time and operations allow. We understand that capturing memories is an important part of the experience.
We do offer private and custom charters where we can create a flight and experience with more time. Feel free to contact our charter department for more details.

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the Vegas View flight. Due to the airspace traffic we do not allow our pilots to converse and narrate on the Vegas View flight. We require our pilots to focus on flying the aircraft as safety is our number one priority. As for the seating arrangements, we avoid seating passengers in the rear right seat as much as possible to give all passengers a better view. Sometimes this requires splitting up a party. Maverick does also offer private flights for maximum views and custom seating options.Read more

Our Chief Pilot constantly monitors the weather to determine whether it is safe to fly. Bumps and turbulence do happen from time to time, especially when it is hot outside. We appreciate your honest feedback. Thank you.
