We regret that you were unable to fly. We have a firm check-in policy of 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time so our flights stay on schedule. Having arrived 20 minutes late, your flight had already departed and the only way to get on another flight would be if there was availability on later flights. We appreciate your honest feedback and will review this matter with our front desk team to ensure all of our guests are treated with dignity and respect. Thank you.

Booked the night flight with Maverick Helicopters for mine and my wife’s birthday, and it ended up being the highlight of our entire weekend. From the start, everything was smooth and well organized. Check-in was easy, staff was professional, and the safety briefing was clear without feeling rushed. You can tell they run this at a high level. Once we took off, it was a completely different experience. Seeing the Las Vegas Strip lit up at night from above is unreal and something you really have to see in person. The views over the Bellagio, Caesars Palace, and the rest of the Strip were incredible. The helicopter itself was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience felt safe and well put together. It didn’t feel rushed, but it also goes by faster than you expect because you’re taking everything in. I uploaded some videos, but honestly they don’t fully capture how good it looks in real life. If you’re thinking about doing this, especially for a special occasion, it’s 100% worth it.
