Very cool experience but the time spent on the helicopter was very short.

Pay for 3 only let 2 riders no refund for 3rd even with ticket knsurance, buying online made me lost 1 ticket to drain desk did not try to accommodate or refund

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet a five-star standard. Our Ticket Assurance policy allows guests to reschedule or cancel their tour up to 24 hours prior to departure. As advised by our front desk supervisor, all guests aged 18 and older are required to present a valid photo ID to fly. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
