The idea for our special company, MaxCleavage.com, was born in year 2000 after I watched a documentary about a 14 year old girl with small breasts saving for breast enlargement surgery. Having considered surgery myself, I knew there had to be an alternative. Although surgery provided a solution, I felt that the risks far outweighed the benefits. And so research began for possible alternatives that were pain free and didn't have any associated risks! There are many problems that breast surgery can present. Breast implants may have to be replaced after 7 years and it can be hard to monitor the health of the breast whilst implants are in place. The cost is several thousands of pounds and there is no guarantee that your body will accept them. The many products we sell offer the same benefits as surgery but without the pain, risks or expense! Silicone enhancers come in many different shapes and sizes and we can help you find the right size and shape for you. They can be worn in the bra almost like an outplant rather than an implant. We also sell gel, liquid, foam and air filled bras that provide a much fuller shape and enhanced cleavage and we deal with many different manufacturers world wide to get the very best products. Quite stiff, not my most comfortable strapless bra, but gives good shape and support under a strapless dress. A keeper!
Multiple hooks so very adjustable - the 32” was fine in place of a 30” when that one was out of stock.

I'm so pleased you loved your order from us. The silicone enhancers are perfectly fine to wear in water but we do always recommend wearing them inside a bikini/swimsuit with pockets inside the cups to hold them in place. We haven't tested them with tape before so I couldn't guarantee if that would work or not and usually the sticky tape is less sticky when wet.

Gel Bikini- Poor Fit
I recently purchased the strapless gel bikini, I am very disappointed with the overall fit. I found the bikini top very heavy, I am a 32B and it was not flattering at all. I have returned for a refund.
On a positive note Max Cleavage always deliver promptly and goods are very well presented.

SO helpful on the phone with deciding sizes for a swimming costume. Came promptly and fits beautifully. Makes me look as if I have a bust - albeit small but better than before - with no gaping. Will come back to you soon for a bra!

One bra is ok
One bra is ok. It gaps a bit and I had to put an extender in the hook and eye closure. The second bra fit better, but the bra arrived with the underwire poking through the bra. I will have to fix that before I wear it. If it wasn’t an international purchase I probably would return the bras. Since it is, I’ll take them to a seamstress here and see if we can make them work.
