I used their service to clean the carpet in my two bedroom flat after tenants moved out and before my family move in. They did brilliant work , more good that I expected. I can't find words to recommend them enough

After having read all the good reviews I decided to give this company a try for my 2 bedroom flat.
I believe the service provided to me was not worth the £132 I spent.
The guy who cleaned spent a whole 1hour on my daughters room and did an amazing job which was the smallest of the 3 rooms.Therefore I assumed he would at least spend total 3 hrs for whole flat.
He spend 1 hour cleaning my large living room, my hall way and master bedroom ,which did not add up because he hence spent so little time on each room which obviously showed in the workman ship he performed which was not up to high standard in fact he did not even do my master bedroom it still smells while remaining rooms have a nice smell.

Kindly see photos provided you can see purple carpet is professionally cleaned & brown master bedroom has not been cleaned.

Also whole of living room was not also done properly, yes some parts were excellent I must admit.

He took in total 2hrs.15mins which only 2 hrs were spent on actull cleaning.

The guy did not seem friendly at all in fact never answered me when I offered him a cup of tea.

I advice watch at all times whilst cleaning is taking place because I trusted him and did not watch him therefore corners were obviously cut.

The manager lady also seems very unprofessional the way she speaks to her customers said said to me your carpet is left dirty 12years when reality is my carpet is in a greater condition than most half the age.
She said carpets should be professionally cleaned yearly! I don't think so nobody cleans them that often.

On the whole not a good experience for me.

I will now need to pay another company to clean my bedroom again professionally.

MaxiPower was brilliant. He was very professional, came on time, great comms. He cleaned all our carpets, plus a large rug and a sofa bed and now they all look brand new. He also did extra things that we'd forgotten for no extra money. I can highly recommend him. 5 star service.

After looking at a few different carpet cleaning companies, I went with Maxi Power Cleaning because I wanted a more local company and noticed that this one had many good reviews. I found the whole experience very professional and efficient. I was informed that a specific mustard spot stain on the carpet left by the ex-tenants, would very unlikely be removable, even during the quote stage. The cleaner on the day confirmed this, so they staff that work here are knowledgeable and have expertise. The carpets were defiantly cleaner and much improved! I found the whole experience very efficient and would recommend them. Communication was always prompt and clear.

Quick and Efficient.

Good thorough cleaning of carpet done. I was kept up to date from the booking to estimated time o arrival via text and guy who done the job was warm and friendly making me feel at ease with him. He was meticulous in his cleaning and what impressed me more is that he had shoe coverings on throughout as I have a thing about shoes being worn in the house. Great service great results. Couldn't fault it. Clean carpets for my new tenant home.

Max arrived exactly on time and did a brilliant clean on my carpet.

Maxipowercleaning did an amazing job on my carpet. There were several pet stains and they have all gone.
The carpet looks very clean. The carpet is still a bit damp after 8 hours but hopefully will be dry in the morning.

Very good service from booking to actual job. Arrived on time 23 Aug. Stairs & landing look very good also had loose rugs done which was very dirty. Would recommend!

Max is an amazing professional who exceeded my expectations with the cleaning of the carpet.

From the phone call with Melia to arrange the appointment I was impressed and certainly was not disappointed when she and her husband arrived on time and with all the cleaning products and equipment. They didn’t take any short cuts. Their attention to details was 100%. The carpets even though we hoovered them were filthy and didn’t realise how filthy until I saw the dirty water being let down the drain. I am delighted with their service and the carpets feel and look like new. So for anyone who is looking for carpets to be cleaned and refreshed I highly recommend this company.
