Great customer service.
After another supplier failed to deliver Maxpack stepped in and saved the day! As I was on a deadline I was kept informed of the order progress, not just by automated message, but staff went out of their way to check things would be arriving on time.

I can confirm that a full refund was issued the day after your order was placed, as unfortunately there was a stock discrepancy on this item.
