Your company is trying to cheat customers
I paid for 400g Poly Bags, but I got 200g quality. Obviously, what I received is different from what I paid for.
I feel so disappointed.
Your company is trying to cheat customers (with all proof documents) and such business behavior is illegal in this country.

Danielle Hilton sorted me out with both the New Nanostretch which is an outstanding product, as well as Wrap Air / Magnetic Pallet Dispenser which all staff onsite informs me its the best Dispenser & wrap they used in years.
All I can say is Danielle was very informal and helped with the whole process run smoothly.

Fantastic customer service at resolving a poor delivery with the courier. None the less, it could not have been resolved better by MAXPACK! For that reason I'd absolutely recommend them 👌
