Bought a special edition Hamilton Watch…one feature was missing…SITUATION RECTIFIED PROMPTLY
Bought a special edition Hamilton watch and it arrived in good condition. Watch was unwrapped and had been handled a lot— covered in fingerprints and smudges. But the watch was unmarked after I cleaned it off. Special edition kit was mostly intact, but it was missing the included booklet that showed the watch as featured in the Black Ops game that the watch was meant to homage— that should have been with the kit for the price I paid. 4/5 stars

Yesterday I received an overnight shipment that contained the missing booklet. My sales associate reached out to me personally to express their regret that this situation occurred. I am extremely happy with the resolution and speed of response from my SA and the organization. Amending my review to reflect these changes. 5/5 stars
