Everyone made me feel welcome upon arriving. I want to point out that the security personnel are great; they welcomed me asked how I was doing verses most security this time of year. Tracie (I may be misspelling her name as I am bad with names) was very helpful. I knew what I wanted and she gave more information supporting my choice and did not try to sell something more expensive like many "pushy" salespeople do.

Bought watch online and picked up in store. Very nice people. Clean store. Only problem I had was when I asked for a longer strap option the lady gave me a phone number to Tudor and told me to call myself for options. They were taken aback by my call and even if they had an option they couldn’t sell to me. Weird interaction. After spending 6k on a watch they didn’t even have to do the leg work of selling me, you’d think they would handle that part. Also my bezel cover was left out of the box.
