I placed order before the cut off time…

I placed order before the cut off time and date, received emails that my package would be delivered on or before 12/24 and on the the 24th I get an email saying package will be delivered on the 26th! I understand its the holidays but on the website it says when orders should be placed and date of expected delivery. Very disappointed

I chatted with customer service two…

I chatted with customer service two different times they said the watch would arrive at 3pm on Saturday bc they would express mail it 100% then I get a notification from Fedx saying it would not arrive till Monday after 8pm I bought the watch for a friends birthday had to then rebook my flight pay another $156 to do that so annoying and then reached outvagai with your company and customer service did nothing

Terrible experience returning a product

The return service is terrible bad, the online customer service representatives Joanna and Shilo are very disrespectful, they try to fool you, and do not read or honor the agreement made, I feel like I was making a purchase in a kiosk in an outlet mall. Last time that I purchase from Mayors, I do not recommend the store at, very unpleasant experience.

Disappointed — In-Store Pickup Lacked the VIP Service I Previously Received

Beautiful timepiece. However, I didn’t enjoy my experience this time. I ordered a Tissot for in-store pickup and was ignored when I walked in, then handed the watch with none of the attentive service I received previously. My first purchase included champagne, a small gift, and friendly conversation — this time it felt like picking up an item from any other store. Next time I’ll ask for direct delivery (if I order at all) to avoid the traffic and unnecessary wait.
