I ordered a very expensive necklace on Sunday February 8. Mayors charged my card. FedEx claims they delivered on 2.10 but they did not. So I have apparently lost the money and do not have a necklace. Mayors says it is all on FedEx. This is unacceptable.

Ordered an Omega Speedmaster Milano Cortina 2026 that was listed for online sale on Mayors’ website. After ordering, Mayors cancelled the order stating it was “store-exclusive” and had been listed online “in error.” Disappointing experience—felt like a bait-and-switch. Communication was polite, but the resolution was simply cancellation.
