I ordered a very expensive necklace on…

I ordered a very expensive necklace on Sunday February 8. Mayors charged my card. FedEx claims they delivered on 2.10 but they did not. So I have apparently lost the money and do not have a necklace. Mayors says it is all on FedEx. This is unacceptable.

Everyone in the store takes the time to say hello, offer assistance, and make you feel welcome, which is incredibly rare these days.

What really stands out is how down-to-earth the entire team is. There’s zero pretension—just warmth, professionalism, and a sincere desire to create a great experience. I’ve had multiple team members stop to introduce themselves, chat, and get to know me, which almost never happens in retail, let alone in fine jewelry. They’re always offering drinks, checking in, and making sure you’re comfortable without ever hovering.

After ordering, Mayors cancelled the order stating it was “store-exclusive” and had been listed online “in error.” Disappointing experience—felt like a bait-and-switch.
