I wish I had read these reviews before buying a brand new car from them. A part of car fell off after a few months which only cost a few pounds to replace. They refused to help until I got my part... See more

I bought a new Mazda 3 in 2019.
I had a no fault accident in 2021,the rear of the car was damaged, and while still under warranty, it was repaired by a Mazda recommended garage in March 2022.
At the beginning of the cold spell in November last, when I switched on the rear window heater, the radio failed.
I brought it into Mazda before the end of the warranty, and they refused to replace the rear window,(charging me £75 to find the fault) claiming that it was not a warranty issue. This in spite of my claim that the rear window was dismantled by their recommended repairers and put back, and that there was no other way that the wiring in the rear window could have been damaged.
Everyone at Mazda has tried to wriggle out of their responsibilities, and I have decided never to deal with them again. They are small minded and petty.
They have lost a good customer, of 6 years standing, and I suppose they will lose a lot more.

I have a 5 year old mx5 rf bought from new. It has covered 8500 miles in this time. Garaged, not driven in winter or in fact in rain if possible. Brakes and tyres hardly worn so car not used to its design potential. Mazda service history. Now I’ve just had mot advisory of wear in rear offside suspension bush. Cost to repair is £787.87. Mazda think it’s fine to spend this amount of money, per side every 8500 miles. Reluctantly they offered a good will payment that would leave me with a £400 bill after 8500miles & then potentially a £1500 bill every 8500 miles. Scan reviews and forums and people are saying it happens a lot after 40000 miles plus.
Mazda Uk hang your heads in shame. Your website talks about how you care and pride your customer service.
The only care in your customer service is
Don’t Care
I will never buy from or recommend Mazda again.
You are an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
2016 Mazda 6
2016 Mazda 6
Had it since new, was a demo car. Never had any difficulties in getting parts or anything wrong. Norwich Mazda and Grimsby Mazda been great help for service and MOT.
Furious, pathetic customer service.
Furious, electrical fault for the 2nd time. Car was 26k brand new less than 2 years old. Was messed around with the roadside assistance, eventually told there was nothing they could do. Cut off 3 times trying to book into garage, eventually told they can’t do anything til 9th of jan, asked for a courtesy car, told I can have one on 27th jan (after car’s been fixed!) Dreadful service. D Cousins GX70JJZ
Just like to say 2015 Mazda 3 hatchback…
Just like to say 2015 Mazda 3 hatchback is one of the most beautiful cars ever built. From the day I bought everyone think it was more expensive than it was. So many manufacturers have copied it style. I wating to update my Mazada, but the model body style is ugly in comparison. I just love the look of my 2015(2014/2018) Mazada 3 hatchback beautiful
The service support from Mazda is…
The service support from Mazda is utterly hopeless, there is a well known issue with Mazda batteries and every time I have a battery problem with my CX-30, they take forever to do anything about it and their roadside assistance is a joke. Still waiting for them to turn up since a call was booked with them 24 hours ago. Would never recommend Mazda to anyone after this abysmal series of very bad experiences.
avoid getting a new non stock Mazda at all cost!!!
I had ordered a new car through my local dealership who have been very good with me. The problem is with Mazda UK itself.
My newly ordered MX 30 was meant to arrive in September. this was then delayed to October, then in October I was told it would be mid November, then in mid November it was pushed to the start of December. only to find out in mid December the car had failed its DVLA checks as it was a new mod
el!!
The customer services couldn't care less, at first constantly talking over me until I had to explain interrupting was rude and uncivilised behaver. in the end despite it all being their fault i am now out of pocket several £1000's of pounds they basically said they wont do anything and that its the dealerships problem to solve.

CX5 Turbo failure after 37000 miles, repair cost £2500.
Car regularly serviced by Mazda
Basically, told it was my problem - wouldn't mind if it was a unique problem to me but others have had a similar experience.
Stourbridge Mazda -One hour labour to fit battery!
A common battery fault error appeared on my dash. A quick Google search told me it was a faulty battery - confirming it was a very common fault. Mazda Stourbridge (Green4) still insisted on charging me 30mins 'diagnostics' plus a further 30mins to fit a new battery!!! I challenged the labour time but was told '30mins of diagnostics were needed + 30mins labour'. I asked for the diagnostics report and he said he didn't have it. Shocking customer service. Rip-off!
Dealers Single-Handedly Ruining Mazda's Reputation
- Poor Customer Service
- Missing Paperwork
- Don't Use Genuine Mazda Parts
- Car Sold With Faulty Parts
- Refuse To Complete Warranty Work
- Disregard For Customers After Point Of Purchase
Save yourself a headache and stay well away from main Mazda dealers they are absolutely disgraceful.
Fantastic Cars Overshadowed By Incompetence.
!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Booked my car for mot
Booked my car for mot, it failed on a few items which were rectified the next day, I tried to get the free re test done as you have 10 days to do so .I was told there are no slots and would have to rebook for a full MOT again but the would give me a discount. Also had advisory on all 4 tyres which I took the car to two independent garages and they could find nothing wrong with them. Stay clear of Mazda magma southampton, rip offs , I have now taken my car to a different mot centre and it passed without any advisory, they really went through everything and could not understand why I was not given my re test or why the advisory was given.

I bought my mini convertible from Mazda, tachbrook leamington spa. Within a week of buying the vehicle, my brake lights went on. I contacted them and their customer service was shocking. Eventually they said the brake pads needed changing. I have found out that what Mazda did was stuck new pads over old pads. Will never touch this company again
Guildford servicing
Guildford servicing - terrible experience. Very experience for very little! Car was not cleaned and communication was poor.

I don’t know what kind of brand is this when you buy a Mazda they offer used approved warranty but apparently compare with other brands Mazda don’t include battery under warranty. This is one of the worst brand in Uk…
Poor response time
On Thursday last week I submitted photos of damage to the front of my car, caused by a third party. I have not received any response back since apart from an automated email.

Guys why do you exist at all?
Beechwood Mazda Derby.
I got a letter from Mazda that my Mazda 2 GT Sport Nav required a recall to be carried out, the fuel pump required changing free of charge due to a possible fault that could cause the engine to cut out. Beechwood Mazda at Derby also contacted me by letter to inform me of the recall, I rang Beechwood Derby and arranged for my car to be repaired a couple of days later, I was very happy with the way Beechwood Derby dealt with my repair, I would highly recommend Beechwood Derby to friends and family.
Mazda Roadside Assistance - Poor
Having purchased four Mazda cars over the last four years, the latest a CX30 mild hybrid owned 16 month from new. I’m very disappointed with the battery warning alarm the continuously sounds whenever the doors or boot lid is opened.
The current problem being the battery has completely died and the car electronics has to be re-coded by a Mazda dealer before the will start.
This requires recovery by Mazda Roadside Assistance who provide a very inadequate service. My CX30 is currently immobile on my drive for the last 4 days without collection by a recovery truck for transportation to my local Mazda dealer.
Having phoned Mazda Roadside Assistance no less than 8 times explaining my predicament and the response being someone will ring you back. Guess what, no call back.
To their credit they have arranged for my local Enterprise Rental Company too provide me with a hired vehicle.
No experience and expertise of Mazda-save your money and time
have bought my mazda3 a year ago, serviced it after purchased and 1 year later for diagnostic. Awful technical experience. Even didn't check the air filter which is a normal thing that every mechanic do. Do not waste your money with Mazda service centers and go straight to a good local garage! cheaper and trustworthy.
last month I paid about 135 plus spending1 hour of my time for nothing in Sheffield Mazda Burrows to find out nothing of the car problem.
Horrible everywhere you look Don't buy mazda no matter what.
Horrible everywhere you look.
Was lied by the dealer about condition of the car and equipment, they were ment to sort out the body work before pickup, all they did was to cover it with wax and wd40 so they're not visible, the ones that I flagged on pickup, sales muppet said "that wasn't there yesterday" after driving off I found number of faults with the car, few arguments later they wanted to charge me 45p per mile because car lost value over me driving it. MAZDA UK bails out and says that I bought car as used and its between me and dealer, I got the car as ex demo with 8000 miles on the clock.
When I asked dealers manager what the F are they going to do and who will pay for me traveling back he asked why did I buy car so far away?
Useless, never again I'm getting mazda even if they would give me one for free, absolute bunch of liars and cheaters.
Avoid at all cost.
