This was so easy. Went online and found the item I was looking at selling typed in the serial number and it gave me a price I was more than happy with. Within minutes I had a QR code took my parcel to the post office sent it and I received my money (bank transfer) in 3 days. That’s how business is done. Thank you

Fantastic experience selling iPhone 15.
I'd had a higher quote to sell an iPhone 15 and went with that seller. More fool me, as they chipped the price down to a quarter of what they were offering. I had the device returned and went with Mazuma (which wasn't miles away from their higher quote) and I was paid the same day, with absolutely no issues or attempt to chip away at the price quoted.
Would definitely use again and avoid the other company!

Used Mazuma after asking for my phone…
Used Mazuma after asking for my phone back from ‘we buy any phone’ they lure you in with exaggerated values then slash it. I was advised my phone was heavily damaged. They knocked the price from £330 to £185. Mazuma give you realistic offer and pay what they say (assuming phone not battered!) thank you for the honest service and fast payment.

Excellent service.
The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. I got a valuation, accepted it. Then my postage was already paid for by Mazuma. All had to do was take it to my local Post Office and send it. Within 36 hours of sending my old phone the money was in my bank.
