They will knock the price down, but fast service
I sent an unblemished phone and they knocked the price offered down. I chose them because of 4.5 stars, but just like the rest. Offer a price and then offer less. Would cost me for it to be returned Was fast in processing and payment, that is why I gave 3 stars instead of lower. Quick service, but will scam you.

Again, faultless. I’ve used Mazuma many times to sell items and there is never any trouble or delay. This morning I received an email saying they had the item and five hours later the money was in my account. I have recently used a high street equivalent (three letters beginning with a C and ending with an X) and the first sale took five days and the second four days. Highly recommend Mazuma.

I requested a pack to send the item, that still hasn't arrived. The QR code in the email was invalid, post office said, felt mislead - rang for clarification as packing hadn't arrived after 3 working days, checked the process with the person on the phone, not told the QR code would be invalid. The pack still hasn't arrived, been receiving messages urging me to send item, no checking whether pack arrived first. **
