Straight forward to sell and payment next day. Only frustration was the postage supplied only covers upto £150, so had to purchase special delivery at over £10 for insurance cover.

Great service and fast payment
Easy to get a price - and the price was fair. Not the highest, but I decided £10 under the top offer was worth it for trading with a brand I know rather than one I’d never heard of. Easy to send the phone, and payment was received the same day as the phone arrived with Mazuma.

Very straightforward. Never sold a phone online before. Handed phone into post office on the Tuesday using QR code and received an email 3 days later on the Friday morning to say my phone had been received and a few hours later on the same day received a bank transfer for the agreed amount.

Me and partner have both try to sell…
Me and partner have both try to sell phones with Mazuma, we have both filled out the valuation correctly In line with the instructions on website admitting they are not excellent, both times they have tried offer 40% Lees of the original offer, we both rejected then we received an email offer us an improved offer of £40 or more, this proves they are trying to get the phone cheap and taking advantage of customers. If this has happened to us within a month, its likely to be a theme and happened to more customers. Tired of once great companys taking advantage. M9445428

Process was extremely quick and easy. I had the pack sent to me in 2 days and all I had to do was pack the phone and apply the label. They received the phone within 2 days and I had the money sent to my bank on the same day. I was paid the price quoted and was very happy with the price offered
