Sent me my phone back with the back…
Sent my phone too them in near perfect condition after rejecting both offers from them asked for my phone returning took them about 6 days to send it back to me when i finally received the phone back the back was hanging off so now unable to sell at all not happy

The process is quite straightforward. The prices offered were originally above average, but once Mazuma received them 3 out of the 4 that we sent in were downgraded. We still received reasonable money. Far better than that offered by our local O2 shop. Will use them again in future.

Dishonest company
I returned my devices following the criteria's on their website. They have then come back to me advising that there was deep scratches in the screens. I provided them with video evidence showing that there was no scratches on the screen and they advised they would provide me images of the alleged damaged. Instead they came back with another lowball offer claiming they had 'reassessed' my devices again.
They also resell the devices for 5 times the amount they give you when they receive your devices.
Do not use this dishonest company if you want to recycle your devices.

Honest, easy and quick experience
This was an extremely quick process from getting the QR code for the post office to receiving the quote. I really like that Mazuma guarantee the value you will receive depending on the quality of the phone.
I sent the same device to a competitor, WeBuyAnyPhone, who initially quoted more than Mazuma but then gave a ridiculously low offer upon “inspecting” the phone. I knew this was a good device having had a case and screen protector for the entirety of having the phone. Sent it to Mazuma and received more than double the offer from the competitor and what was quoted on their website. Would not hesitate to use Mazuma for my next phone recycle.

Horrendous service
Horrendous service, feels like an absolute scam. They keep saying they’ve sent the money but I haven’t received a thing. Their helpline staff are rude, incompetent and refuse to engage. I feel like an idiot even considering using their services.
