Sent phone paid out no messing better than a couple of the others who promise an amount and then try and palm you off with another amount when they get your phone

Disgraceful and greedy
Very disappointed in the service and price I received. They are definitely making money out of people by being very dishonest about the condition of the hardware they receive. After taking pictures myself before the device was sent then receiving an email to say it was damaged and then devalued by nearly £400 was an insult. Due to my circumstances I had to accept a counter offer but I was counting on the money. Absolutely disgraceful way to do business. Will never go back or recommend.

I was a little reluctant based on reading reviews, however, from taking the device to the post office (using the special delivery service) and receiving the funds in my account it was a very quick process (approximately 28 hours). Received the full offer as quoted. Kept up to date with the process i.e. when the device had been received, when it had been tested, when payment had been processed.
