Very Limited functionality
1- The charge of 25 AED for issuing a bank card was not transparently disclosed during the account registration process, leading to unexpected costs for customers.
2- The initial three transactions took nearly a week to reflect in the account, which significantly impacts customer convenience and efficiency.
3- The absence of a SWIFT code restricts international transactions entirely, limiting the bank's services strictly to local transfers.
International purchases are unsupported, as evidenced by failed attempts to buy clothing from established international brands. Customer support has confirmed these limitations, indicating minimal integration with global payment systems.
This raises a critical question: How can the bank promote itself as a leading digital and online banking institution while lacking fundamental support for international and digital transactions? Addressing these limitations would be essential for the bank to genuinely achieve the digital innovation it advertises.

Two other bank accounts has sent me money three days ago but i didn't receive them yet although the two bank accounts are already added as a beneficiary to me and to them and usually when they send money i receive it immediately, and it's been two days since they sent the transfers!!
And i sent the transfers and everything through email too, no one contacted me and i still didn't receive anything.
One of the "agents" told me the transfers will be sent back to the accounts but today i received one of them but i didn't receive the first one!
This is very unprofessional and unacceptable!!! How could a bank do that!
And i keep calling but no one is answering and the live agent keeps telling me an agent will contact me but no one does!!!
And i already stated it's an urgent situation!

I have the most satisfactory customer service experience today 12th May 2024. I was attended by Mr Mohammed Al Atowi from the Mall of Emirates branch. This guy is a professional. He is the best of it's kind. I will recommend MBank to my friends as the best bank with the best customer care. They will assist you and make sure your problem is resolved ASAP. I wish they will maintain this type of service in all their branches worldwide. Thank you MBank for your service. Am happy banking with you.
Fast onboaring and local wires
Very happy so far with the on-boarding and local wire experience. I wasn't able to login with UAE Pass, but apart from that no, other issues. This is a community bank and does not support SWIFT wires to banks outside UAE.

as a UAE bank I set my standards incredibly low, however they have an Ok support with real agents that help to solve your issues, they are not particularly fast but they do the job just fine.
Not having international transfers is a deal breaker as someone who does remitances regularly, so I have to use the provided mastercard debit card to do remitances, having an option to just wire internationally or receive internationally would be great, however the BIC/SWIFT is missing from all overseas banks databases.
Another thing that keeps bugging me is that the app keeps saying you have VPN/Rooted device, which is quite annoying as I do not see any comprimise while using the app with a VPN, and my device is not rooted. All banking apps work fine with a vpn.
