Really poor experience with the MBE…

Really poor experience with the MBE ALTRINCHAM branch. They leave me completely in the dark, no reply, no delivery, nothing! They have my auction goods worth more than 1k that I obviously paid for, I paid as soon as they sent me their quote for option 2 which is supposed to be faster ..but no reply further to my payment nor any delivery! Really poor quality service which is a shame as I am starting an auction business where I need a reliable transporter.. which will certainly not be MBE.
