Probably the worst courier service

Probably the worst courier service I've ever had the misfortune to use. Mailbox Bradford organised a packing and shipping of an antique cabinet for me to be shipped to the USA. It never arrived and I have no idea where it is now as it was never even shipped! Paid over £2000 for this service and are now in the legal process of recovering this money and the cost of the cabinet as my emails and phone calls have been met with excuses after excuses and lies.
