Terrible company. Worcester office basically closed most of April and March. Complained to Head Office but nothing done. Several parcels of mine entrapped there. Mostly clothes for holiday on Wednesday May 6. Ordered plant was returned as Royal Mail couldnt deliver as office was shut. Disgraceful Service. In fact none existant.
I would just like to say a very big thank you to Mailboxes Worcester.
They provided a very quick and efficient service after winning an item at an auction house in Malvern.
The item was safely packed and speedily posted.
A very satisfied customer.

This has happened since around May 2024 my item was shipped but arrived broken. I paid insurance so made the claim. This took some while to sort out eventually I was told by Vanshika I would be getting 50% back so I can get my item fixed and restored. This amounted to £336.96. It’s now been nearly 6 weeks and the money still hasn’t been paid. I’m told it will be by the end of every week it’s not happened. Can whoever is in charge of this sort my problem out as it’s taking far too long.
