Bought a car from MB Motors and it is missing the whole piece that covers the spare tire -- in the boot. I've spent the last three weeks chasing them to make good on their promise to send me that part. They always say they'll do it. Six requests later -- radio silence. Very unprofessional. Also, on the day of delivery they suddenly said "oh it has a scratch." The guy who delivered the car smoked in it. Not a good experience. Be careful

I recently purchased a Range Rover sport from MB motor Group and I must say the service from start to finish was absolutely phenomenal.
The staff is very professional and knowledgeable! They have excellent cars in their fleet but above all the after care is absolutely world class. The car was presented to me in a very nice and clean state upon collection, the entire process was absolutely seamless.
If you want a solid reliable vehicle head down to MB motor Group and get yourself a reliable motor on an unbeatable price.
The also have onsite Garage for Mechanical work and an MOT centre where you can get your cars repaired on affordable prices.

I BOUGHT A CAR A COUPLE OF MONTHS BACK FROM HERE AND ONCE BOUGHT THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON NOT LONG AFTER, AFTER BEEN TOLD REPEATEDLY EVEN OFF THE STORE MANAGER THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME IM STILL WAITING... BROKE DOWN ON THE MOTORWAY LUCKILY IT WAS ON THE WAY HOME FROM HOLIDAY AND NOT ON THE WAY THERE AS IT WAS A COSTLY HOLIDAY AND WOULD HAVE BEEN RUINED BEFORE IT STARTED. We have received your message. While we are sorry to hear that you are now experiencing an issue, we need to be clear about a few points.
First, we have no record of you contacting us about any fault in the months following your purchase. Every vehicle we sell comes with a minimum three-month guarantee, during which we repair issues free of charge. Even after that period, we do our best to help customers who reach out. Unfortunately, you did not contact us during that time.
Second, the review you posted focuses only on the problem you are experiencing now, without any reference to the fact that this purchase was made quite some time ago and that you’ve been driving the car — including on holiday — without any reported problems for months. For clarity and fairness, it would be helpful to include the date of purchase in your review, so others understand the full timeline.
It’s also important to remember: pre-owned cars are not new cars. Components wear over time, and issues develop based on use and driving conditions. A steering rack problem does not hide for months — it develops with use. It is not something that could have been present at the time of sale and gone unnoticed for this long.
At the point of sale, we always recommend an extended warranty (around £400) to cover unlimited repairs beyond the initial guarantee period. Declining this means any later repairs become the owner’s responsibility.
Lastly, we would have appreciated the courtesy of being contacted directly before seeing a public review. It’s only fair to give the dealership an opportunity to discuss and resolve a concern before posting online.
That said, we remain willing to assist. If you would like us to inspect the vehicle and advise on the best and most cost-effective repair, we’re happy to help — but this is well outside the guarantee period,
