Ive just arrived home from my second hair transplant at Mcans and both occasions I couldn’t pick a fault if I tried. From the minute you land in Istanbul you are treated amazingly. The staff are very nice and make you feel at home instantly which helps a lot (and make the best Turkish tea😊). I am very pleased with my first transplant and I’m very confident I’ll be equally pleased with my second.

Right from the start I felt like I was being taken care of and my questions were answered quickly. The hotel I stayed at was great. The nurse was really nice and so were the other staff. First of all I have to say thanks to the guy who was guiding me since my first message he was here all the time to make me feel comfortable always ready to answer my questions! He was absolutely amazing! Sometimes I was a bit annoying asking question all the time As I was a bit scared to go other country to do my bbl surgery he was always here with me follow my steps just to make me feel comfortable I have no worlds to the guy! 1 million thanks! As soon I arrive to Turkish airport I met the driver and we was very friendly very talkative I was afraid but he make me feel so very welcome and comfortable then I wasn’t scared anymore I saw ok I’m in good hands ! When I got to the hotel I met my nurse who was with me all the time and I’m writing this review with a tear on my eyes because she was like my sister, she’s just the most beautiful person I met all my life she didn’t leave me even 1 min, always make sure I was ok! She’s funny made me laugh even I don’t express my feelings too much I was absolutely feeling save close to her as she’s kind of person bring you peace with her voice as I sad she was like my sister because of her I didn’t felt alone! Everyday even after surgery she was texting me make sure I was ok or if I need something! I went alone to turkey and she was an angel and I’m not the kind of person to write reviews but I can’t keep to myself this time how grateful I’m to have Cansu as my nurse as my friend at the most hardest time in my life as I was scared of the surgery but everything was well I’m 8 weeks post surgery and I’m so happy with my body I can’t believe the surgery did this miracle with my body I didn’t put any expectations about the results as I was overweight, but howwwww the surgeon make me look like a model ? 😅 wherever after 2 months Cansu still text me to ask me if I’m okay, I won’t do another surgery but if I do I will do this time with my eyes close because I know those guys are angels more than professionals they treat me as a human being, I wish I see Cansu again to give her a hug and say thank you to be with me because lot of times I was felling like I wanna cry feeling alone but she was there ! Do not go here for cosmetic surgery my neck is a mess my face as dropped my scars are visible still in pain after care disgraceful .
They rushed my surgery ,the hospital staff were under pressure and the hospital was very noisy.
Please do your research, they don’t care once you have paid it’s been 6 months they said they will give me a review absolutely no trust in them don’t use any of there surgeons .

I underwent otoplasty with this surgeon in October 2024, and the entire postoperative process is proceeding exactly as he explained. I traveled from Spain seven months ago and have been waiting to write this review to see the results. I am happy with the result.

At one point I wanted to get my youth back and decided to have a deepplane face and necklift. First went to my local clinic in Sofia, Bulgaria. The surgeon there was so honest to say that surgeons in Bulgaria have less experience than those in our neighboring country: Turkey. So, I started to look for clinics with the best reviews, not only on trustpilot, but also on other media like TikTok. Mcan Health stood out, as they had many - real and traceable - reviews. I contacted few of them and one of them (Susan from Australia) confirmed that I had the right website and contact-info (one needs to be carefull nowadays with the growing number of scammers and copycats). I contacted them and got a response almost immediately from Kaan. He was very patient, and not too pushy. After a personal - virtual - meeting with him and Arda, I decided to go ahead with them. Their service from the start (planning the surgery, travel, hospital- and hotelstay have been outstanding). Their transparency, responsetimes, and servicelevel is far beyond any other clinic I've seen. The doctor who did my Facelift, dr. Dundar, is sincere and very experienced in his field. He is also someone who'd advise you not to do something if he thinks the result would not be satisfactory. I had actually also booked a vet-grafting procedure, but during the operation he decided not to do this as it would make my face too feminine (I already had the same procedure 3 months before in a clinic in Sofia). The nurse who was appointed to me, Irem, is an angel. She was always willing to help, made me feel welcome and made the entire journey (I stayed 12 days in total), so much easier. The drivers who picked me up from the airport and hotel, to bring me to the hospital/clinic and back were friendly and helpful too. They even brought me to buy stuff at a supermarket and pharmacy. The hospital itself is clean and professional. And to my suprise at the Mcan clinic they had a "get to know other patients" day, where I could meet other patients to talk about their experiences, while we were served some snacks and drinks. This day added an additional point to the term "hospitality". It also shows that Mcan Health is not afraid when other patients share their experiences. Obviously not all surgeries go as expected (I think that over 90% does go well), as we all have different skintypes and may react differently. What is also important is what we had done on our face before the operation. Some tend to forget to mention previous "skinjobs" like Botox or Fillers, or use of alcohol, and/or any other kind of substances. But this is extremely important. In other words: I have decided to have the other additional surgeries I wanted, also performed by a dr. associated with Mcan health. Not only because of my own experience, but also based on the experiences of others (whom I speak to almost daily via our whatsapp group).

My experience was amazing from start to finish from the moment I got to the airport and met the driver Oguzhan he was so nice and friendly and made feel so relaxed. I got to the hotel and checked in and the people there where so nice and beautiful as well the next day I got to meet with one of the nurse Irem and she was also super nice at the hotel I got to meet Dr Dundar and his assistant and they were both so nice easy to talk to and the consultation was excellent I had my breast reduction lift and removal of implants and got a new small set of implants and I also had 360 lipo and it’s now 2 weeks post operation and I feel amazing . I will for sure come again next year for a facelift with Dr Dundar his fenominal. The nurses at the hospital were so kind and helpful everytime I rang the bell they were there ready to help me I felt so blessed.the other nurses that came at the hotel to look after me were also very nice and also the one that massaged me. The whole week I felt I was treated like a queen I will be back I highly highly recommend Mcan.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Dundar.
I met him 24 hrs prior to my surgery and we went through everything.
It was such an easy process.
The driver and nurse were waiting for me outside the hotel on surgery day, and drove me to the hospital.
Surgery went smoothly, I honestly had zero pain, not even a little. Painkillers are given as needed. The compression head garment is on for 48 hours, which isn’t the most fun thing in the world but it passes quickly. I was up and walking easily within 2 hours afterwards.
Then back to hotel and heal, heal, heal!
Am still carefully attending to my instructions from Dr Dundar.
All in all I cannot recommend MCAN highly enough.
I had such a fantastic experience and I am delighted with my results.

From the get go everyone on the Mcan team was efficient and extremely helpful. All my appointments were on time and my personal co-ordinator Cansu was beyond amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I had a Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift, Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty and a Bichectomy, not once did I feel apprehensive or afraid, I always felt I was in good hands and well taken care of. My surgeon was an absolute gem of a person and a magician with the BEST bedside manner, an incredibly humble, warm and patient individual despite his high profile status. I chose Mcan Health because the reviews were great. Previous patients had amazing results. They were friendly and professional. They stayed in touch or with me throughout my stay in Turkey. If I had a problem it was dealt with promptly. Very friendly nurses visited everyday to dress my wounds in hotel. The price they quote is the price you pay. No hidden extras. Post op I feel much more confident. I would definitely recommend Mcan Health to anyone wanting high quality plastic surgery. My surgeon was Dr Dundar.

Originally, I’d booked and paid a deposit with another clinic, but a few admin mix-ups left me feeling uneasy. It just didn’t sit right, and after a bit of back and forth, I ended up cancelling and starting my search again. That’s when I came across MCAN and I’m honestly so glad I did.
