What i have to say about Mcan this end of March beginning of April was my third time having treatment with Mcan this last one i had done a dental treatment.
5 stars for all my experience Cansu the nurse that was with me in all this experience she is the best a fantastic professional.
The dentist and all staff that saw me i couldn't ask for a better one very

Sara has been my nurse throughout all my post-operative process with Macan, and she has truly been wonderful. She has been incredibly professional, attentive, and kind at all times. She made me feel comfortable and well cared for every single day. Without a doubt, I would absolutely request her again as my nurse. Highly recommended.

At first, I was a bit nervous about getting this procedure, but the communication was of a high standard from the first moment to the to the aftercare. All the staff were really helpful and friendly and very professional. The surgery was impeccably clean and to the highest of standards and all the people were lovely. If you’re on the fence about traveling to Turkey for medical care, I can honestly say my experience with MCAN Health was excellent from start to finish.

Facilities & Care
The clinics themselves were beautiful and very modern. My hair transplant at ALANA felt high-end and professional, and the dental care really stood out to me. I appreciated that the providers focused on preserving my natural teeth instead of pushing unnecessary treatments. Communication was also never an issue—they spoke excellent English, and I always felt understood.

Hilal was honestly one of the best parts of the experience. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive the entire time. What could have been a stressful trip felt comfortable because of her. By the end, it felt like I had someone genuinely looking out for me, not just coordinating logistics.

Istanbul
Outside of appointments, Istanbul itself was amazing—beautiful, historic, and full of incredible food. It made recovery feel more like an experience than just a medical trip.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend MCAN Health and would return again in the future.

I cant pretend to know the standard for cosmetic surgery but what I can say is after researching countless clinics for a hair transplant and finally finding the one for me I then had a family friend get in contact with me and recommend mcan instead and im thankful they did.

I was nervous about complications in travel or being just another head in the door but mcan was there every stage of the way and honestly it was an easy experience from start to finish and im excited for the results.

My experience with MCAN was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I discussed my requirements for my teeth to arriving in Istanbul the service they provided was second to none. Cansu, was amazing in helping me with all aspects of my trip and surgery and she was absolutely professional in her approach and made me feel totally at ease and kept me informed of all the procedures information. I cannot speak more highly of MCAN. From beginning to end of my experience was well organised, very profession. We are picked up from the Istanbul airport, taken to the hotel and everything after that is all finely organised, you don't beed to think or worry about anything else from that point on, whether you're havibg face surgery, body, hair or teeth procedures are all taken care of, you are always picked up and taken to your appointments and then followed by the procedure that you have come for. The surgeons are top class, very attentive to your concerns and will advise honestly on what is best for your specific face for the best outcome. You are also given your own nurse who will walk with you through all the after surgery healing. I was so impressed with the care my nurse Sara gave me, she and all the nurses were very caring and profession at all times. And it doesnt end when you finally leave to return home as if you have any complications, help or questions you still have one year to be in contact with your dictor. So all in all I highly recommend MCAN for a safe and worry free experience, not to mention that the cost is a quater of any western country.

I had a wonderful experience with Mcan . From my first point of contact with Arda, (fluent English) He then put me on a group chat for my procedures whereby I could chat with others, pre-op & post op to also gage results from those that didn’t want the world to know on social media. I found out vital information before committing myself to anything. Also lots of privately shared befores and afters.
After suffering really bad menopause I was left with deflated skin.
I went alone and met with others there at the same time that I had previously got to know through the community chat group. The main reason I chose Mcan was because of the community chat as it showed transparency, helping me make my own informative decision.
The Doctors ,MCan Nurses, drivers, were always so caring . I cannot fault my experience.

I had an amazing experience with MCAN Health from landing at instanbule airport
I was met by a lovely driver who took me to my hotel
Then in the morning I was taken to the hospital by the driver and my nurse called nursena who was such a lovely girl in fact all the MCAN nurses were wonderful they really look after me all the way though my procedure
My surgeon was amazing and very talented
I was then taken back to hotel to start to recover and every day a nurse came to my room to change my dressings
I am now 30 days post op and still in regular contact with MCAN Health wanting updates on how my healing is progressing which is very reassuring.
So I can't recommend MACAN Health enough

I was lured in by their smiles, promises, and “all-inclusive” discounts. But let me tell you the truth: they are liars, greedy, and ruthless. They claim discounts for one or multiple surgeries—but if you change your mind and do fewer, they completely take it away. They act like friendly shopkeepers… until they get your money. Then, they turn into total predators.

My forehead lift was botched. Persistent swelling. Foreign material under my skin that broke down. Pain, stress, and lies everywhere. Dr. Alhan? Shockingly unprofessional. MCAN manager, Friendly until the money is in—then he doesn’t care at all. Overcharging, ignoring emails, postponing responses for months. Their only interest is your money, nothing else.

I am now seeking legal action against the doctor, the manager, and the clinic. My time, money, and trust were stolen.
If you value your health, money, and sanity, stay far away. MCAN Clinic is deceitful, incompetent, and will ruin your self-esteem and finances. Don’t be fooled by their fake smiles—they are dangerous.

MCAN team is extraordinary group of people, they exceeded my expectations.
Everything went smoothly from the initial enquiry until I got home. Team takes care of your needs, takes into consideration if you have special health conditions.
Well organised and prompt people.
Staff is kind, knowledgeable and responsive. When you pay for your package they will take care of everything.
Big bonus for the hotel with 24hr kitchen.
Drivers are nice and respectful with you.
Clinic is well equipped and clean. There is a real doctor on the clinic who oversees the processes.

I choose Mcan having done nearly 12 month of research for my DPFL & NL, I also had arms reduction. My surgeon was Dr Dundar who was brilliant. I’m so happy with my results and continued support from all the team. This experience exceeded all my expectations I had making it very easy for me to highly recommend choosing Mcan. 4 weeks ago, I had a hair transplant. My taxi driver Muhammed did all journeys to & from the airport, hotel and clinic, who is very courteous and pleasant. Cansu, who is very friendly and kind, guided me through the whole operation day - meeting the doctors & nurses. She also answers all after care messages & consoled me after a concern I had. So far the operation has went well and I'm sure will continue in the months to come.

I had been considering having the work done for a couple of years but like many men I don’t particularly like having medical procedures done to me and will ignore things that I shouldn’t.
From start to finish they were great, I had an appointment in London for the first consultation then their communication after was brilliant.
All I had to do was organise my own flights to Istanbul and they sorted everything else.
Their driver picked me up from the airport and took me to the accommodation they had organised which too was a great hotel and very central to the area of Istanbul that I was staying and being operated on so I literally felt like I was on a nice city break.
My main contact was Sarah who did an amazing job in making me feel comfortable and dealt with anything that I required, the whole process was made so easy.
The medics who performed the operation were clearly very experienced and the day of the operation went without a hitch, I was out of there by 2pm and free to continue to explore Istanbul in the afternoon / evening.

A brilliant experience from start to finish, carried out by friendly and professional people.

I now want to take my family back there just so they can experience Istanbul too.

I was having trouble with breathing through my nose for a while and needed a change. I first come across MCAN about 2 years ago but never made the effort to follow through. Then just a few months ago I decided I was going through with it and booked the rhinoplasty. It’s been about 4 weeks post surgery and the result is slowly but surely getting better. Cannot recommend MCAN enough. Everything was top quality from the hotel to the private vehicle taking me to my destinations. Overall great experience.

This was my second hair transplant with Mcan, which speaks for itself. Everything is explained thoroughly, before you go, during, and after. I never felt uncomfortable. Cansu is brilliant, and even recognized me from 3 years ago! She brings humour, and warmth on arrival. All the staff are great though. Everything is done for you, apart from getting on the plane!
