I’m a male in my 60s, and getting a hair transplant is something I’ve wanted to do for years. I finally chose Mcan Health in Turkey, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I had 3,800 grafts done, and the entire experience was exceptional. The staff treated me with patience, respect, and genuine care. They explained each step clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. For something I’d been nervous about, they made it surprisingly easy and stress-free.

The clinic is clean, modern, and extremely well organized. The team worked with precision and confidence, and the procedure went smoothly. Recovery has been great, and I’m already seeing impressive early results. My hairline looks natural, and the density is exactly what I hoped for.

What really stood out is the follow-up care. Ece has been in touch with me for weeks after the surgery, checking on my progress, answering all my questions, and making sure everything is healing properly. That level of support is rare and truly appreciated.

Their service from the moment you arrive to be collected is pleasant and professional, the staff and surgeons where also the same and did their best to make sure a pleasant experience

The experience was easy for my hair transplant,everything was on time and done professionally from the airport to the hotel and after the procedure.cansu has been a great help afterwards for any information I’ve needed.its only been 6 weeks so I can’t comment on the results yet but the healing has been no problem and I’ve had no issues or pain.

I’m 3 weeks out and so far pleased with my results.
The hotel provided felt comfortable and convenient, which made the whole process less stressful.
The surgical team were professional and skilled, and the aftercare was very good — they checked in regularly and were supportive throughout my recovery. The only negative, was the morning of surgery felt slightly rushed, I would recommend bringing a written list of questions and any concerns so you don’t forget them. Overall I had a positive experience.

I cannot fault MCAN at all. I’m so happy with my Surgeon Dr Kunter and his care after my surgery. The nurses were all great. I loved them. They were all sweet and remembered any problems even if they were not there to visit me. I would do it again and wouldn’t change anything

This is a warning for anyone looking at having dental treatment with Mcan in Turkey. Why it may seem to be an affordable option this is not, their workmanship and quality of product is very very poor. As for their aftercare service their website states they have Mcan assurance and comprehensive follow-up services! This is not the case as soon as you leave Istanbul you are literally on your own any emails will be ignored and if you are on any of their whats app chat groups you will be removed. This is due to having the power to remove anyone who has had a bad experience trust me Im on a whats app group with a whole bunch of ladies who have been removed and are having issues this is the part you dont see! My crown cracked at 10 weeks after having the work done and they were in complete denial. I ended up paying AU500 for a comprehensive report which noted that they (8 crowns) had to be replaced due to bad workmanship, cracks and gaps which is likely to cause decay and problems down the track. Not to mention my front crown is crooked and also has a whole in the back which the dentist picked up. So four months down the track after providing all proof they do not want to know about it and have ignored all communicaton. I paid EU6K and im now having to pay an additional AU$22K to have them all replaced for suitable crowns. I suffer terrible toothache constantly. So please please be very careful who you choose and my advice is to stay clear of this company for anything.

I visited MCAN on 1st November for a hair transplant, after seeing a friends results from when he visited the Clinic earlier in the year. 5 days post hair transplant and I am very happy so far with how the healing is going so far. From start to finish my experience with MCAN has been brilliant. It's a very big deal flying to another country for a hair transplant, and can be very nerve racking, however the regular contact with Nursena on Whatsapp at MCAN certainly put me at ease. My dad came along with me for the journey of which he sat in the waiting area of the clinic for the day, and he was made to feel very welcome by the staff. All of the staff at MCAN were very friendly, polite and extremely professional; the clinic was also very modern and clean. Big thanks to Nursena who made my visit a positive one, and also a big thanks to the staff that completed my procedure over the 8 hours. I am now looking forward to my results in the very near future!
