Great service and fantastic experience from MCAN. From the pick up at the airport though to the care at the hospital I couldn’t express how well I was looked after. Very good staff and very competent. They always made sure that I was okay which is very important for me. My only wish is that more staff spoke English but other than that it was very nice.

I had full facelift and was very happy with the out come, Dr will be honest about what you think you need and what he think is better for you. I wanted lip lift but he said no need for it, Now I can see after my facelift my lips was up due to the Musles been pulled. I was walking in Istanbul and drinking in my third days .

The experience was positive. Good communication, organisation and info before, during and after made it all pretty seamless. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The operation went well, the staff talked me through what was happening and were calm and reassuring, however their English wasn't fluent, so they couldn't properly answer all my questions.

From the very beginning, my experience with this clinic was outstanding. Before my surgery, I had a video call where all of my questions were answered clearly and with care. On the day of my arrival, the transportation was smooth and stress-free. The hotel location was also perfect, making everything so much easier.

The nurses were absolutely amazing—professional, kind, and attentive throughout my stay. And the doctor… truly the best! This was actually my second surgery (BBL and breast implants), and I can honestly say this time the experience was 100% better in every way. I felt safe, supported, and so well taken care of.

I recently had a hair transplant in Turkey and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. The clinic was modern, clean, and very professional. The staff were attentive and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The results so far are excellent and I feel confident I made the right choice. At times, communication could have been a little smoother, but this was only a minor issue and didn’t take away from the great care I received. It couldn’t have been an easier process as they handled everything from airport transfers, hotels etc. Highly recommended!

MCAN are very professional from start to finish. Once you book and pay your deposit you’ll have coordinator who’ll answer any questions you need answered mine was Arda who was great throughout. Your picked up from airport and transported to hotel with no hassle’s whatsoever. Day of surgery driver and your MCAN nurse picks you up . The hospital nurses are fantastic too. Absolutely such a professional team throughout all of my time there until I returned home. You’ll still have calls and text from your nurse once you are home to check up on you . Would definitely recommend this company for surgery. My doctor was Dr Dundar and his assistant both were fantastic .

They take care of you, constantly text you update the upcoming details, pick you up from the airport, drive you to the clinic and the hospital, they explain everything, you receive food, check ups at the hotel. Everything is organised well and I would recommend them for sure.

I flew from the US too Turkey for two surgeries with MCAN. From the airport pick up, through surgeries and onto drop-off, the process was seemless. I traveled alone and felt safe all the way through. I’m now almost 10 months post operation and i can say that the MCAN team notably Yaşar during the operation and Hilal have been outstanding in their support and professionalism throughout. You feel that you are in good hands from start to finish.
The procedure itself is painless.
The only thing you may feel is slight discomfort during anaesthesia, which they inform you about, but it is really short-lived.
The whole clinic creates a wonderful atmosphere, a sense of security and does not allow you to think about stress.

Full operation was smooth from start to finish with no problems. Full staff were very caring and proper looked after me while being there making sure I was fine at any given moment. After care was great aswell. Definitely recommend👍🏽

Total failure. They took my money, they wasted my hairs and I have no results. My operation was done on Jan 08 2025. Now it is 8 months after. I almost have no difference in the thickness of my hair and absolutely no difference in the problematic area on the top of the head which was the reason I went there initially. After the operation I saw hundreds of grafts falling with the roots. I asked them if this was normal. They told me this is how it supposed to look! All the time lies, lies, lies. They did everything wrong. They did not preserve the grafts on ice. They lied. They said they performed PRP. They did not. I confronted them, because I know how it is done, I have done it before. They just smiled. What impressed me was that they lied all the time with such an ease, no effort, like breathing. p.s. The reply of this post is again proving my point. They ask me to contact them, but I did send them email 4 days ago and they did not reply. And what ongoing healing process they are talking about. It is over 8 months! Never again Turkey.

This is my second hair transplant with MCAN. The first one I had was in 2018 and it went really well; knowing I wanted a little more coverage, I decided to pursue one more with them. Everyone is very friendly and helpful through the whole journey. The second one without a doubt went smoothly and I’m very pleased. I highly recommend !
