Bloody awful company selling a load of crap
Customer service the absolute worst .
Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be ripped off or chase the monkeys working there for a refund

Bought a set of chairs fro them on Mano Mano twice. The first delivery was fine the second never arrived but the delivery company claimed the driver handed over the parcel to my wife in person. however when pressed the driver has now claimed that he actually spoke with the customer who was standing on the second floor while the driver was on the ground floor whi then told the customer that two chairs made of tin and fabric where too heavy to carry himself to which he claims the customer replied to leave them there as he would manage.

Couple of things here.
Obvious problem to say he is lying is that he has changed his story.
We have two kids one of which is one year old. My wife never leaves her alone and I was at work so who did he see and why did he leave the parcel without any evidence, signiture or photo. The delivery required a photo btw.

The driver clearly stollen the parcel and left us out of pocket.

I have been trying to contact MCC trading but non of their contact numbers work. Mano Mano claimed to not have contact numbers for the either but I say they are lying. I have raised a fraud claim with my bank to try and recover my money.

I cant possibly narrate all that went on. Ordered an item, XDP as courier despite not listing that on the purchase page,rather someone else more reliable,DPD.
It doesnt arrive. Weeks later chasing tail to try to get money back. No possibility to call they dont pick up. Courier charge you per minute to call them. They are probably the same eastern company.
AND to top it all, EBAY give them a 99.6% satisfaction score. How the blazes !!!!!
I am now having to go via EBAY to get refund and will in anycase now contact the police as this is a financial scam. So trading standards next, then EBAY.

These people are as honest as Boris 9 bob note Johnson, the guy who eats birthday cake, blows out candles, gets serenaded with Happy Birthday, drinks booze and wears a party hat to most of his business meetings and so puts it all on expenses.

Don't use this company. I am reporting them to trading standards

Ordered via amazon a pair of dining chairs. Great and quick service. Item was damaged upon arrival but replacement parts quickly sent. Would recommend.

Awful cash on delivery for a 3 and 2 settees 3 seater is rock hard after contacting kept saying he’s in a meeting !! Avoid at all costs!!

MCC use XDP Express to deliver, the reason, because they're cheap! But they are also very unreliable, the glossy tracking app means very little. Expect baffling delays and various excuses as you continue to believe the tracking info, delivery won't be as indicated, perhaps if you're lucky a couple of days later 👎

Takes your money in this case £179 says they have tried to deliver and definitely not as I have camera in place. I can’t get product replace. Won’t redeliver. Just wasted a week. Ask for refund. Won’t talk to you on phone. Worst service. I wouldn't deal with them.

I ordered a trampoline and like everyone on the reviews they take your money you wait and then they say the item is lost cancel the order and tell ebay buyer cancelled -LIARS. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought. Now got to wait for my refund ordered from some other firm and hopefully that will arrive - THEY RUINED MY GRANDCHILDRENS BIRTHDAY DON'T USE THEM

Bought twenty chairs, after two weeks one seat foam padding had collapsed, another three weeks, second one failed. Do not use this company, the customer service is complete crap, the products are worse.
Still trying to get a refund for the returned items four months later. This company now has the chairs and the money, thieves and fraudsters!
27 May 2021... I am still waiting for a refund from this bunch of crooks and fraudsters. Initiating court proceedings shortly and notifying trading standards.

Ordered gazebo. Got an email with a tracking number. Item lost. Numerous emails and phone calls unanswered. Eventually went through Amazon customer service and got a full refund. Qi Huan is a director of this scam firm. All correspondence to the director. Based in Shipley.

DO NOT TRUST. Order was late by two weeks and they sent the wrong item in the end. Now having difficulty return the item.

Firstly after I contacted them, I was told my order was late because it must have 'got lost' at the courier center. When I checked with the dispatch company - the online status showed it was never received at the warehouse from MCC. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked they resend the item via email and amazon messages which after a week they did.

The item arrived eventually, late and but was the incorrect item I had purchased.

They have since made it difficult to return. You cant get in contact over the phone at any time of day, and they don't respond via email (unless you are buying from them).

If you want a professional service, buy from somewhere else.

Trying to return a car seat to this company all I get is an email asking me to send a photo of the car seat explaining to them what is wrong!!!! It does not do what it is intended for, ok if child was lying down! I wish to return it why on earth is it so hard for them to understand this request for? Are they trying to keep me in limbo until 30 days is up? Not impressed with this company. Surprised Amazon has its name to them.

Item failed to arrive on time so I created an Ebay help case. MCC claim to have dispatched the item but in fact have only issued a tracking number. The courier XDP have confirmed that the item has not been collected. MCC are refusing a refund until I return the good - which I have not received. Going around in circles. They are not answering their phone because of Covid - but miraculously are able to dispatch?

Your experience my differ but this feels very much like financial fraud and will be reported as such to Trading Standards and Barclays who according to companies house have a charge on their business. I will also be writing to PayPal and Ebay who are facilitating this scam.

I wish I could give this dodgy company a 0 star!! I would like to make a request to eBay and Amazon to please ban this unreliable, dodgy, crook of a company.

We ordered a savannah sleigh cot from them which was delivered on time, but the mattress was missing, which was suppose to come with the cot. If they couldn’t provide the mattress with it, they should have informed us in advance. We’ve been calling, emailing, texting them. They said they will send it, it’s been Weeks. Now when we try to contact them, we get cut off. Once they reply or answer our calls, we’ll be requesting our money back. NEVER AGAIN!

Shocking company with NO customer service at all!!!! Gazebos were due to be delivered 1 week ago and I'm still waiting, they give you a tracking number with Yodel who haven't even received the items..AVOID them at all costs total cowboys, I purchase them via Ebay nobody should give this mob any business what so ever.

Their selling under the name of mcc_outlet on Ebay well I say selling they take your money, give you a tracking number, you even get a text from the courier to say your get your Gazebo delivered within 48 hours you just don't actually get what you paid for. The day before they phoned and asked if I wanted a different colour I said so your selling stuff that you don't have, yeah we have other colours even though on their website the only colour they were meant to of had in stock was the colour that I had ordered. Even though I know PayPal payments clear immediately they're telling me that I need to wait 5-7 days for my refund, then they cancel the order on Ebay giving the reason that I requested it so that buyers can't leave negative feedback for them It's a scam and they need closing down.

I am writing to Amazon to get these crooks banned as well as everywhere else they trade. They described the chairs as grey/taupe - there is NO grey they are just dark brown chairs. I offered to do an exchange so I could get a different colour but they expected me to organise and pay for the return of these chairs - I am 5.1ft, live alone and am self isolating from Corona Virus - I cannot lift the box even remotely. I do not for the life of me understand why they treat people so poorly - they will collapse and not survive as a business and I will keep a firm eye on whether they change trading names and look out for the address. Utter cowboys who's stock is so bad they solely rely on new customers because no one would return to them. I am taking steps to report them in every way possible and won't let this lie until I get them removed from the internet. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought the chairs. They have literally picked a fight with the WORST possible person - I have nothing but time on my hands and they are now my project. I'm sorry for everyone who wasted their hard earned money for these robbers.

We bought a set of 6 chairs from this company costing £450.00 +/-, upon delivery one had a production defect and couldnt be assembled. Recently though 2 out of the 6 got damaged, used possibly twice as they they are set up in the dining room. They are obviously CHEAP STUFF. Contacted MCC Trading this morning, they advised that they only offer 6 months guarantee, this was never clearly stated when purchasing. Just be aware of these suppliers they are amateurs and dont work to industry standards, they are available online on WAYFAIR, AMAZON, TESCO, EBAY among others. They were veru quick to take our money, not very helpful once they had out money and a problem

Ordered chairs and got tracking number for it . Chairs supposed to be delivered on Friday but when tracking delivery it was in status "advised not received" . Contacted parcel force and they never recieved my order from mcc direct. Tried to phone mcc but thta not possible as they cut you off straight away. Emailed them and got reply after 5 days that they will look into it but my chairs still not delivered yet . Very bad company with no customer service at all.
