The worse company on the world! No communication, very bad customer service, very poor quality of goods. Never again!!!!!

SSHOCKING.....COTBED DAMAGED..VERY DANGEROUS FOR A BABY...CONTACTED THESE PEOPLE ASKED FOR A COMPLETE REFUND..NEVER GOT IT...THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD SEND NEW PARTS.
I SENT THEM PHOTOS AND INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT WAS NEEDED...WAITED AND WAITED FOR COT SIDE AND HEADBOARD TO ARRIVE AND WE FINALLY GOT NEW PARTS BUT THEY SENT THE WRONG PARTS...

COT BED NO GOOD AT ALL TO US..
SUCH ALOT OF STRESS...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...THEY SHOULD BE STRUCK OFF FROM EBAY UK AND AMAZON UK...THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING MONEY OUT OF MIS SOLD RUBBISH...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Rude staff, bunch of time wasters!

I bought 4 dining chairs from their eBay page and I never received them. They uploaded a fake tracking number. I sent them messages but they ignored them all so I had to open an eBay case and had to wait ages for a refund. I also called their number and they put the phone down after I said I ordered 4 chairs from their eBay page. Clearly fraudsters! I left negative feedback due to the bad experience with them and received abusive messages. They are a disgusting company and I hope they go bust!

Bought a car seat from them last year, not even a year old and it has a fault allowing my 22 month old to free his arms, called them to be told it only has a 3 month warranty?! I contacted consumer advice who said that it was a fault and that it should be replaced or repaired, sent a letter both by email and mail giving them 14 days to respond, I have had no correspondence back from them, sent numerous emails and tried calling them in several occasions but cannot get through. Would not recommend them, their customer service is awful!! Have since had to purchase another car seat as the one from them is not safe to use! Extremely disappointing.

Update- After weeks of pursuing, numerous calls, e-mails, letter, I eventually was given a full refund!! Persistence pays off!

I don't normally write reviews but this company is a shocker! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL!!!!
If i could i would give them no stars. They are liars. I've returned my items over 3 weeks ago and still waiting for refund. You are lucky to get through on the phone to them, they don't reply to your emails. They keep saying the same things over and over again when you eventually manage to speak to someone. They are liars that trying to steal your money.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE/ EBAY.. YOU WILL LOOSE YOU MONEY!

Very helpful staff and lovely cot at low price

Bought a cot bed from mcc arrived on 2 separate days (cot one day and mattress the next day) Must be one of the lucky ones rang them as i was worried about the mattress got through to a lovely lady who rang courier for me and rang to me back to reassure me it was coming the next day also invoice was available once the order had been delivered

recently purchased a gazebo from MCC Trading which arrived promptly but unfortunately the wrong colour, repeated calls to customer service and all you get is a recording saying unable to answer call, likewise with e-mails that go unanswered. Service up to this point was good , item arrived on time , but would just like a replacement of the correct colour of gazebo not asking for much

Ordered dining chairs from their eBay page, good price and arrived on time, seemed like a good purchase. However, after only a matter of a few weeks, the chairs started to rip at the seams. Attempted to contact these cowboys but unfortunately could not get any kind of response. 6 months on and all 6 dining chairs are ripped and all of them in the same place. Horrendous quality, trust the reviews and do not order from this company, I wish we had. Can't emphasise enough as to just how bad the quality of these chairs are. Have tried to call several times and have written numerous emails but I've had no response whatsoever.

Brilliant Gazebo! Got the item 2 days after purchased, been using it daily since a month and half ago , still sturdy and strong. I have be sitting outside the garden in the sun but under the shade which make me very happy and definitely I’m so thrill with this wonderful gazebo. Definite would recommend it.

Placed order for a gazebo with them. It never arrived. They can't be bothered to answer emails. Seems their company policy is to take victims money and not give the goods. Since they have my money and don't respond, I can only assume that they are actually a scam business as opposed to something real.
*UPDATE* As of 04 July I am unable to make contact with MCC Direct either by email or phone (they don't answer either). Goods were ordered a month ago.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. If there's a problem, your money is lost.
I am now pursuing legal methods to recover my money as normal channels of approach have not worked.

They have taken my money for an order, sent an email with a link to the invoice, click the link it does not exist. No other communication, no dispatch notification and no order received and no idea if it ever will arrive. Tried to email them but it bounced back, not known! It is looking like this company is no longer active.

What a rubbish company,

Fairly big wearhouse, its tidy outside, got my massage chair and given a link as extra support for assemble. Great service and great product.

Loved my chair, it got heat and different setting for massage, the best time of my day is after work with my aching back sitting on this chair with a bargain price.

Went there warehouse for car seat, very good quality, then went there for racing car bed, my boy love it and very strong and good quality as well, staff are nice and efficient .

I do recommend this company

There a slight mark on the chair, sent me a replacement the next day, no problem at all.

Good chairs sturdy and look stylish its called lia chairs it is a bargain it us the same style as the one that in next's catalogue but in a much lower price.

Disgraceful company

Horrible company. Bad customer service. Scam you and lie repeatedly. Nicole Thompson is a liar and doesn’t know what she’s said half the time even when it was less than a day. Rubbish workers and rubbish company

This company is Awful. Bad customer service, will not refund or let me return my item which wasnt suppose to be sent in the first place as the order was "cancelled". I just wish i had of read all the bad reveiws before purchasing from them.
