Steve Paice from McCarthy went the extra mile to make sure that I ended up a happy and satisfied customer. The retailer, being based solely in Croydon, seldom gets customers based in the North West. I traveled all the way there, as the price on offer was a cracker of a deal and was not going to slip it through. The car has been magnificent so far and would still go back there again, if need be to get another car.

We had excellent help and advice from the time we arrived at the forecourt to signing for our new (to us) car. Maria and Joe were friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable; they made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and answered our VERY many questions - a fantastic team!
