McConvey is great, so long as you’re a customer. I ordered a very expensive e-bike with McConvey. Everything went great, my finance was approved. McConvey team was great and called me regularly to check in and see if I had any questions etc. they told me they would ship the bike in a day and I would reach me in a few business days. No problem - great! Only two days later I go on to my order to check status, and it says the order is cancelled. No phone call. No explanation until I call them and they say their courier won’t ship to maintains UK. They charged me a 99 pound delivery fee which they obviously and hopefully will refund, but they wouldn’t send the bike anymore. Neither would they allow anyone to come pick the bike up from the store (so not even my own courier company) until I show up with an ID. so great for NI based customers, my interaction with them left me a bit heartbroken

Just bought my second bike. Again service was excellent. I live overseas so had to line up dates, repack bike back in original box etc. Nothing was too much hassle or bother. Always friendly & helpful. Thanks to everyone at McConvey Cycles.

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff

The product, a Specialized Sirrus, arrived on time and properly packed.
The overall price, for buyers outside of the 6 counties, when you include the sterling differentiation and the expensive delivery charge is excessive.
For that reason i will not purchase form McConvey’s again…they offered no ‘flexibility’ in the overall price nor added any items like bottle cage or tubes to compensate. Specialized Ireland in Dublin are better value and we would have bought from them if they had the stock.

Absolutely top class experience. After going to Halfords who had very limited stock 2 road bikes!) And chain reaction cycles who didnt seem to care about who'd just walked in to buy something (completely ignored me) I knew exactly where to go with my business. I was greeted when I walked in. All I had to do was turn to face a member of staff and I got the help and friendly advice I was looking for, being new to any bikes under 50 years old! They helped me make an informed decision on what I was after with Absolutely no pressure to buy. I felt so comfortable there and after being made to feel like a valued customer I settled on a Giant revolt which has some great online reviews. The whole ordering and fitting process ahead was explained and I'm sure as soon as the day comes to collect it I'll leave a happy man. I'll be coming here for all things bike from now on. Top staff, great stock and a friendly atmosphere for newbies like myself.

Brilliant from start to finish. One of the few retailers with the stock needed and offered replacements for anything they didn't have. Fast and friendly service, absolutely superb with great communication and delivery !!

Efficient customer service, great communication. Did'nt have the items I needed in stock at the time but were able to let me know quickly and provide equally good alternative.

All arrived as ordered but after initial email to say order received heard nothing until the parts arrived. Would have been great to get an email when parts were dispatched.
